I arrived for Dinner last night and this was my second visit. When I entered the hostess said something to me as I saw her lips move. As I was walking up to hear I told her I was deaf and repeat what she said when I am closer. She then replied that I was not deaf and that she did not believe me. I was shocked and taken back as I am 80% percent deaf in my left ear, due to an Service connected Army injury. The back ground noise was causing me great discomfort and I could not hear her with my good ear. I was not feeling that good anyway and I was feeling a lot of pressure on the left side of my head along with pain. I can not wear a hearing aid as I have TBI Traumatic Brain Injury and I get very sick. I explained to her showing her my military ID that I dont do sign language and that I have partial deafness due in part to a tank blast in training and that I can not hear a person if I do not have my good ear pointed in her direction. I also told her never to correct a customer who states they have a disability even if it is not visible and that all deaf people use sign language. My life is hard enough with dealing with the VA and the Army, then to have a hostess tell me I am not disabled and faking. I was going to walk out, but I ate the dinner, because their food is good although a little expensive. I felt embarrassed and felt bad during the meal. I asked if they gave a discount to disabled Veterans with ID and she said "No" only to Active Duty. So no discount and I was labeled a liar. The food is good.......

We arrived at about 4:30 p.m. which I guess was not the best time. We paid full Dinner Buffet prices of $32 + tax. The food was lukewarm and many of the dishes only had scraps left. We requested they refill certain dishes but nothing happened. We then tried the Stir Fry, unfortunately the person doing it did not seem to understand any of our requests and we ended up with too much oil etc. They had a fair amount of Sushi out so we tried some of that. What we thought was Eel turned out to be Sardines cut like Eel. What was out was just OK but again a lot of almost empty dishes. The desert bar looked good and had a Chocolate fountain for those who love deserts but we dont. Later on more people arrived and dishes started to get filled. We complained that we had a terrible meal and were brushed off and told it would be better the next time. Sorry there will be no next time.

Terrible I went on Friday 06/03/2016. My father in law, mother in law, wife, two boys and I. That day we spend 100dls. On same day I called my brother in law and told him about restaurant they spend 220dls on same day. On 06/04/2016 we went back for dinner we spend around 320dls. After we were done we had long trip back to Phoenix. My 6 year old boy suffers from sick motion and have to take medicine for it. A lot of times he gets sick and vomits. When I asked the staff for a plastic bag in case my son will vomite the staff acted as if I was stealing food out we were followed up to our vehicle like if we were criminals! I would never go back to this place. SHAME ON YOU pan asian! 00000 stars.

Wed seen this place under construction for quite awhile, so couldnt help but stop-in when we saw the Grand Opening sign. Weve returned a couple of times, since. Of course, its a Chinese Buffet, so dont expect PF Changs, but for what it is, its actually really good. Decor is a pretty clinical - Kind of a cold, urban, stainless steel industrial look, but the food is fresh tasting, and plentiful. The Hibachi Grill was unique, and preparation was great. Its our new favorite Asian buffet in North County.

The food was pretty good compared to other chinese food places but honestly we were shocked to find out that they were charging $20 for each person! They had originally said $18 and then told us they could bump up the price because they are a private organization. I dont know if they really are but that was a douche move if you ask me. What kind of a restaurant decides to change the price of the meal after youve eaten? Once again food was delicious but the price outrageous!!!!

One of my favorite local buffets. Im not usually a fan of buffets - they tend to trade quality for quantity - but Pan Asia does a good job of providing a big variety of foods and lots of seafood. They also have sushi and a Mongolian BBQ. Why four stars? Its not the best Asian buffet Ive been too, but there are no complaints. Its a decent place to get my fix for two things - seaweed salad and those awesome sweet pork chops... :)

Careful of being cheated here! They advertise a lunch menu here until 4 pm. Today we drove a half hour from Oceanside and arrived at 3:40. They refused to give us lunch price because they only had 20 minutes left, even though it was posted on the entrance until 4 pm. This is false advertising. If they want to close lunch at 3:30, great! Let them post it!!! Dont bait and switch!!! It is illegal and unfair!

Food was incredibly delicious and hot for a buffet. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Our server cleared empty plates promptly and offered refills without having to be flagged down. Our second time here, my first time was just as pleasant, I usually dont write reviews on first visits. Steak, crab legs, sushi and a Hitachi personal plate preparation chef....this place is awesome.

The place is very nice. The food is good. Though they should decrease the oil a bit. Food is too oily. The service is not good. The personnel should be trained to be courteous and serviceable. They dont come by your table to ask if you need more of a drink or anything else, but only to take your empty plates. No smiles or courteous service from nany of the personnel.

Asked waitress for a booth and she kept giving attitude bit we settled on a table no problem. We asked for our drinks she came back with wrong drinks and we nicely told her she messed up and she comes back with new drinks and slams them down on the table. To much attitude the whole time for nothing and food wasnt that great the only good part was the ice cream

Decent food. Dinner buffet is about $16 for an adult, food is fresh and kept well stocked. I usually avoid buffets, but would consider coming back here again. Good selection of "Chinese food" as well as a salad bar, mongolian grill, and steak/ribs. Getting assistance from the wait staff or to check out was the most frustrating part of this visit.
