The restaurants in this plaza and area are dependent on weekday lunch business, so evenings can be a tad quiet. This particular restaurant is location in the corner of the plaza, right next to the Capital Ave. entrance. Service is friendly, as is the owner of the restaurant who can often be seen at the restaurant. The food is good and fairly authentic (some are fusion) and you wont receive any dirty looks if you decide to take advantage of a discount offer. Recommend: The Pork Belly Quesadilla, Vermicelli Noodles, Pork Chop or Fried Fish Rice Plates, and Seafood Noodle Soup (for the adventurous).

Izzo is an Asian fusion restaurant. They have Taiwanese favorites like beef noodle soup as well as fusion dishes like pork belly quesadillas (delicious by the way!). Unfortunately, theyre located in a busy plaza, so parking can get difficult during peak meal hours. Beware: dont leave valuables in your car. The car next to mine had its windows smashed...the glass was definitely not next to my car when I parked there upon arrival.

First of all, we ordered only three appetizers but we waited for 15 minutes! Then when the $7 Taiwanese sausage (台灣香腸) came, we cant beleive there was only ONE sausage! We also ordered Taiwanese fried chicken (鹽酥雞) and that was the worse fried chicken I have ever had… Would not recommend anyone seeking for authentic Taiwanese food to go there.

The family that owns this place is extremely nice and know how to cook up a good meal. The service is only shown up by the food. I went with a bunch of friends and we probably ordered enough food to say that we were able to try most of the menu and everything was great. Ill definitely be back!

Not bad place as a Asian fusion since they have many unique dishes such as the pancake. If youre expecting an authentic Taiwanese place, this might not be the place for you but if youre looking for something special as Asian fusion, this is the right place.

酸辣汤不太好,放太多糖了。卤肉饭不错。炒菜也很有风味。

Had the seaweed salad, 炸酱面, and pork belly quesadilla -- yes, a Chinese-pancake-wrapped pork and cheese dish. All items were tasty and service was top notch.

Be prepared. The usual waiting time is 20+ minutes even if the restaurant is 80% empty. NO MATTER what you ordered..
