Weve all seen the ads on TV for Red Lobster. My wife and I were expecting something like Olive Garden or Black Angus. Not even close! We were seated in a booth (unexpected), and the noise level was lower than expected (nice!). Service was prompt and helpful. We ordered "hybrid fashon". I ordered the special with two grilled lobster tails, and my wife ordered one of the chicken dishes. Everything came out hot and well-prepared. The lobster tails were better than expected, and my wifes chicken breast was plump and moist. The only down-mark was for the mashed potatoes - over-whipped. The value is about what I would expect for what we ordered. Well definitely come back when we get the craving again.

Service was terrible. Waitress just dropped the salads off without saying a word. Just threw them down on the table and walked away. Brought the wrong meal out for me and when I asked for what I ordered, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get it. Server claimed it was a computer error when she obviously just input the wrong meal in the computer. I understand mistakes happen but when they do, own them, dont hide behind a "computer error". Food tasted okay but seemed to suffer from either under seasoning or over seasoning. One part of the platter would be super salty and another part would be flavorless. Very disappointed and will not be visiting red lobster again.

The better halfs crab legs were literally rotten, so they took them back and he ordered a lobster tail in their place. The lobster tail comes out after Im finished eating, and with *my* sides instead of the ones hed originally ordered. The bottom half of my own lobster tail was seriously undercooked—gelatinous, stringy, impossible to cut, barely edible. If the rotten crab legs hadnt happened, I might have gotten around to bringing that up with them. Then I find out (on the way home) that not only did they not comp us anything for the rotten crab legs, they charged us the full (more expensive) price for the lobster tail! Needless to say, never going back to this dump!

Went there with kids. There was a kids menu, so we were hopeful they wouldnt be too bad with kids. Everything turned out to be wrong. First the service was so slow... Waiting for your plates over 30 minutes with kids is painful. Then they brought the wrong menus for all 3 of our kids. We managed for two of them and had the other one returned for the right order. They brought back the fish plate, but with no sides whatsoever. My wifes order was also wrong. Will not go back there. You can find much better places for similar price.

Red Lobster gets a bad rap, but its good for what it is - a seafood chain restaurant. The cheddar biscuits are great, flaky, and slightly salty. The Ultimate Feast was decent. The lobster itself is tiny though - almost more like a jumbo prawn. This Red Lobster actually had really nice decor - a bit more than I expected as a first time visitor to Red Lobster.

If you want 1 hr wait then you should definetelly come here (they will tell you 15 min wait though). We needed to cancel our evening activity and shift plans because of that lie. And the thing is not that they are super busy. Nope, the restaraunt is 50% empty tables. But the reason is that there are like 3 waiters (Sunday, middle of the day).

Waited for over an hour for our food, table of 6 with a small child. Table seated after us was given for well before us. Pretty sure the waitress was friends with that table. Tiped as one would with such poor service. Food was good once it arrived. Will pick another restaurant next ime we decided to treat our family.

This restaurant is way below the half-decent quality of other Red Lobsters. I ordered Fish and Chips and the fish looked like it had been cooked in dirty old oil: it was disgusting and 6 hours later Im still suffering from a stomach ache. The fries tasted like they were old and had been reheated. Avoid at all costs!

Food was okay. Nothing special and overpriced. A lot of the food was dry and overcooked. Only good thing was the garlic grilled shrimp. Service was horrid. We didnt see our server for half and hour and we needed tools to eat the crab legs. Also the food was extremely slow. We arrived at 6pm and didnt leave until 9pm.

Arguably the best in Bay Area (in the chain). Good location, ample parking . Making reservations for a large group is preferred. They serve full menu of the chain . They keep some live specimen for display too. Servers are good and happy. Expect slight delays. Fresh produce used for the special menu .

It was the worse experince of a red lobster that Ive ever had..the service was poor, the food was really bad, and they could not get the orders right. I dont mind paying for a nice dinner but this should have been free..id rather had mcdonalds..I recommend you not to go here..

Food here is splendid and is a great atmosphere. The servers are very pleasant and it is a comfortable setting. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to in the Bay Area!! Youll also love the biscuits they serve before your meal! Wonderful!!

The food is definitely not of the quality like other Red Lobster I have been to. The shrimp were so small and they look like they were bought from a grocery store. The food was greasy. The margarita was sour. The service by the waitres was good tho.

Hasnt been back for a long time. While the lobsters and steaks are decent ; a little salty. The dozen of raw oysters are really good! Our server a was friendly and tentative. Ideally, I would just get a dozen of oysters and side order of scallops.

One thing you can always say about Red Lobster is that you know what you are going to get, and thats not really a bad thing. The food is always good and theyve recently done some renovations that makes this particular location look much nicer.

Tasty & nutritious dishes. But I read this chain buys their prawns peeled by the human-trafficed in Thai, etc. Also when I saw lobsters struggling, their front legs tied in the water tank there, I decided never to go there.

I dont recommend. Food was terrible. After I payed with my Credicard and given the usual tip, I saw in my Credicard Bill they added more tip in the total.... They are dishonest! Everyone should avoid this restaurant!

I have several customers located near this restaurant that actually enjoy eating here. I find the food to be good and service is always friendly and responsive and Ive eaten here at least 20 times in the past year.

This Red Lobster is approximately the same as every other Red Lobster Ive been to. There usually isnt much of a wait here, and the food is usually well prepared. The rolls/biscuits are delicious as expected.

Front desk service was bad but waiter service was good. Some of the food items are costly in this branch, may be due to IT zone. Food & beer was good. Sort of ok place unlike other red lobsters branches.
