Wow! This place is awesome and is the cleanest Butcher shop I ever walked in. That is the best part of course is the meat. Got a 21 day dry aged bone in ribeye from them and it was awesome! They said to cook it no more than 5 minutes per side and they were spot on. The ribeye came out perfect and was just tender and tasty. No more Costco steaks. I am coming here if I ever want a nice treat.
