Expensive for what you get, plus most employees dont care about their jobs. Several times when Ive gone shopping here, Ive come across times when the employees are standing in front of the doors or in the middle of the aisles talking and wont move for you to get around. Ive also so across cashiers talking about their sex life to other employees right in front of me. Other employees have been very kind and helpful, but my husband and I have made a decision to shop other places for our groceries. The only reason we continue to come here is because the pharmacy staff is superb.

As I waited at the courtesy deskfor well over 10 minutes, the manager did not even acknowledge me, so I asked someone else where the bathrooms were. In the ladies bathroom I see that the first stall door is being held with a long wide piece of duct tape and a pin too small for that hinge! Note to self: do not go to this Ralphs again! I bought 4 donuts; the STICKER on the glass said 50% off all donuts and pastries after 4:00 pm. The lady charged me full price and when questoined, she said no we dont do that any more.

Hello, I am writing to complain about the 25 piece fried chicken order I placed for New Years day. The chicken was surprisingly greasy. I was very unhappy because I made a decision to order fried chicken exclusively from Ralphs, now I am at a loss. I dont know what happened but the paper was soaked in the pan as though the chicken had not been drained properly. I had many guests and no time to return the order on that day. I will not purchase fried chicken from Ralphs in the future. Thank You

The people in the deli department are the absolute worst. Rude, sarcastic, even just blatantly unhelpful at times. There are mostly friendly people working in other parts of the store but after countless aggravating trips to this deli and getting absolutely nowhere with management in terms of correcting it. In fact it just kept getting worse in spite of promises from corporate and in-store management, so were done. It just isnt worth it. From now on its either Vons or Albertsons.

I frequently go to this Grocery store. They always have the items I need in stock and the staff is friendly & helpful. I love that they have machines where you can dispense your own grains, nuts & some candies so that you can buy just the quantity that you need so it doesnt get stale. The produce section is large & fresh & the meat department always has what I need.

Great place to shop. Brings back memories of my mother and I shoping there. At this location, there are 2 products that I can only find here and now where else. Also clean and shelves are neatly stocked. Thank you for the tall employer who saw a short person (me) struggling to get something on the top shelf. Good looking out!

Its better at night, the panhandlers arent roaming the parking lot and front door area like they do in the daytime. I never have cash and Im not rich so I feel awful not being able to always help. Otherwise its one of my fave Ralphs cause spacious, clean and fast but a self serve check out would be nice.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side.

I have been going to this grocery store for 20 years since I was a little kid. I have seen employees come and go and they were all wonderful people. I used to ride my bike everyday to shop for my grandma. Starting to have more organic but I would like to see more non gmo organics and labeling.

Not my favorite Ralphs but its not to shabby. Its bigger than some Ive gone to and the bathrooms are nice and clean. The aisles are wider as well. But again just your average Ralphs so its hard to really like it or love it.

My main grocery store. Beware of the couple out front pan handling. They are secretly wealthy. Usually a man and his son, or he will drop off his wife and daughter. Drives a champagne colored SUV or black Mercedes

Not the best Ralphs. No real butcher shop to speak of, and not too much selection. The people here are okay, but one time an employee that was stocking some lettuce got crabby with me because I took a head of romaine.

Decent Ralphs location. They have fresh produce, nice workers, and its clean. Vast beer selection too. Wish it wasnt in Long Beach, I never had reusable shopping bags with me and end up having to buy one.

Always have want I need... Not like other stores in Long Beach. Seems that I can always shop here and leave with everything on my list. Plus, I rarely have to wait in line when Im ready to check out.

Very classy. Well stocked store and exceptionally helpful staff. Very clean. Excellent produce, good prices And I like the ones that are open 24 hours. As an Uber driver its Very convenient!

Very nice, larger Ralphs with deli, great garden area, flower shop, bakery. The only down side is people sit outside and ask for money... I hate that, its very uncomfortable

Love it!!! They have a great vegetarian selection. everything is nice and spaced out! Tons of parking.. Open late!!.. reminds me of the Ralphs in Koreatown :^)

Very well organized, clean and neat Ralphs store. Shelves are kept well stocked and they have a larger meat selection compared to other stores in the area.
