Note that this is their wholesale factory...if youre not buying wholesale, visit their shop in North Beach or check them out at various farmers markets. Avendanos Meats in Bernal Heights sells their baguettes, which are the closest to French baguettes I have had in the U.S.: deliciously crunchy on the outside and decadently fluffy on the inside. [Addendum: Ive been to their shop in North Beach, and while their bread is good we were a bit disappointed in their pastries. In France, most bakeries specialize in either bread or pastries...perhaps this is no different! (Tartine Bakery has a baker husband and pastry chef wife, so they do well at both :-)]

Cinnamon roll good (but overpriced at $3). Almond crescent had ZERO marzipan flavor. Please fix. Sales person at serramonte farm mkt (thur 9-1) puts small pastry in huge bag, and without asking. Needs training to ask if customer needs bag. Those bags arent cheap plus likely just crumpled up and tossed at market. No signage on awning at farmer mkt. Would be nice to have tables and seating to sit and enjoy a pastry in sun there

Excellent bread. Did not try the pastries, but they look fabulous. They are at the Burlingame Farmers market every Sunday morning.
