Muy buen pan estilo CentroAmericano. Como dijo un conocido Americano, es "the right amount of sweet". They make the bread in-premises, so its fresh. The style is not like most traditional LatinoAmerican/Spanish, that tends to be more moist and sweeter. This feels more like cookies. But thats the way is done in Central-America and South of Mexico. Yummy.

This place is awesome! Small, but varied with bread from Guatemala, just as tasty, together with snacks, Incaparina, and Incasa for the full Guatemalan combination! Oh, and quesadillas, yeaah.....
