It was my mom’s birthday and I wanted to get her a unique cake since we always get her the same cake from the same Asian bakery every year (in which they raised the prices of). I yelped a place and this came up as hot and new and they picture of the cake shaped like a bear totally caught my eye. I love anything cute and this was super cute so I picked one up. It’s a chocolate cake with chocolate whipped cream inside and it was really good! The cake was soft and spongy, the whipped cream was super light and even though it was chocolate on top of chocolate on top of chocolate, it wasn’t super sweet, which I knew my mom would complain about if it was. I really like the textures and the flavors and the chocolate shell on top was really good. Overall, everyone really enjoyed the cake (and the cuteness) and you know it’s good when my sisters who don’t really like chocolate said it was a really good chocolate cake. I can’t wait for the next occasion so I can try something else from here!

Great spot in Burlingame plaza for a selection of baked goodies both sweet and savory. We find most of the snacks priced quite competitively so its a good place to grab a quick bite (also it is a self serve place with seating). The cakes are expensive but they look pretty good so I would like to try them sometime. Service can be very variable as there are new faces upon each visit (I have never seen the same person at the counter, twice!).

Similar to Paris Baguette as in the style of pastry they sell. It is a more luxurious bakery compare to other local ones, which result in higher price. If you have a thing and money for amazing pastries, you should definitely check this place out.

This place used to be Sogo, Taiwanese bakery but it was no longer. I walked up to the store and saw french name and a new place. There was a good selection of pastries and also macaroons, they are about average price, similar to Paris Baguette.

grew up in japan eating these type of pastries and croquettes. very nostalgic taste to myself and wife. our favorites are the curry croquettes and chocolate campagne roll... only 4 stars because of pricing. like $8 for green tea smoothie

Korean brand bakery similar to Paris Baguette, but smaller with not so great coffee. The pastry variety is quite good for such a small place.
