Tenia poco dinero y pensé en comprar algo económico y fui a comprar pollo loco y estaba muy quemado y el servicio muy pésimo no te atienden bien a demás demás te apuran mucho que desilusió y tan buen sabor que tenían antes

I had a horrible experience at El Polo Loco. I will never Dine in or visit your establishment ever again. The manger @ your Vine and Fountain location was rude and wouldn't help or speak to me as a paying customer. I frequently visit but i will not nor will i recommend anyone to this establishment. You'll need a 24 hour service for things like this. Unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!

Great service. I can understand when they take a while when I can clearly see they are having a busy day. Instead of getting mad for taking long like many ungrateful customers, I thank them for their customer service. Overall, they have nice workers and the chicken is very well done!

The worst pollo loco Ive ever had !! The cilantro dressing was super water down. I purchase about 14 pieces of chicken and the girl gave me 3 little salsas ! The tortillas where so damm hard.! They really need some work here.!
