I have been coming to this El Pollo location for over two years, the first year was excellent, however the whole crew was changed awhile back and it has gone down hill from that time. for the most part it has been OK, not great but ok, but today, I visited on my lunch hour, my coworkers got their lunch, finished their food and mine was nowhere to be found, I went and ask, it turns out they had lost my ticket, by the time I got it we had to leave, and told them they had just ruined my lunch hour, and left quite upset, since i wouldnt be able to eat anything until 3 or so, there was no good customer service given, except that they were busy and sorry. I wand my fellow coworkers will not be coming back anytime soon.

i order a 8 piece mix combo with two salads and when i got home and looked at the chicken they cut one breast in half and counted as one piece and i payed for a mix combo i mostly got leg and thighs which i think is not fair when i paid 37 dollars for my food!!! its really disappointing!!

People who work here are so rude, I came at 8:30 on Sunday, 30 minutes before closing time and the lady at the drive through gave me the most harsh manner saying that were closed stop knocking on the door. Absolutely unacceptable to be rude that way. Worst el pollo loco around

As with most El Pollo Loco restaraunts, food is pretty consistent. Probably go here at least once every two weeks for lunch. They could use some help to speed up the orders both drive thru and inside. They could also use help in the dining room to clean/clear tables.

We ordered 12 piece family meal as to-go. It was delicious and good price for our family. Recently they changed some food containers. My family said the previous container is better, but thats not a big deal for me. Only downside is location. It is little remote area.

What happened to El Pollo, it use to be the juiciest chicken? At this establishment he Pollo was dry and overcooked, not worth paying 16 dollars for a burnt 10 piece, when I can pay 5.99 at Costco for a Juicy whole chicken! Save yourself the disappointment!

Great food and friendly service. People were complaining that the plastic lids werent fitting on the salsa containers. Also, my chicken avo burrito didnt have that much avo. I like to use any excess as a mask (jk).

I went in there about to $20 family meals and they didnt give me my 10 piece chicken I went back they thought I was trying to get over on them made a big issue so yeah I wasnt very happy to the experience
