Worst service and managing ive seen from a restaurant. Ive been a bus boy, a server, and bartender, so im definitely a fair judge of quality of service and protocal. More than half the restaurant was empty and the three girls at the front told us it would be a 15 minute wait(4pm sunday?). When I asked why we would be waiting when there was a dozen tables available to sit at I was told it was because there wernt enough servers on to keep up. I asked if we could at least be seated at a table so we would be more comfortable. I was told no. that I would have to wait in the waiting area of a half empty restaurant that we couldnt sit at all because it was another servers section. If I could face palm 100 times in that instant, I would have. Bad customer service, moronic protocal, who knows how much money these goofballs have cost the owner.

DO NOT GO TO THE RED LOBSTER IN SAN BRUNO. First time i went on 08/17/12. it was a Friday night. The waiting time was the worse i have ever experienced. It took them an hour to give me a table and another hour to get my food ready after i ordered it. I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Ana, and she was very rude and saying that it had not been too long. She did not even offered a discount for taking such a long time. I am never going back to that place and if you read this, you shouldnt either.

One of my favorite place to come for lobsters. Highly recommend the trio of salmon, lobster and prawns. Some months ( I think October this year ) they offer endless shrimp special where you can have endless plates of shrimps cooked in different sauces. The only downside is sometimes the food can take a while to come and the lobster is drenched in too much butter ( a minor complaint, i know )

Andrew, the manager stopped by several times to check on us. He helped one of the party to crack open the lobster, and brought more hot butter. He explained to us he orders the Maine lobster a day and a half, prior, in anticipation as to how he estimates how many customers there will be. Andres our waiter was very attentive, and checked on us through out our dining experience.

The wait was less than 5 minutes, hostess was really nice as welk as the waiter, my soda was flat and my waiter happily got me a new one, I was dissapointed that they do not offer the four course meal on weekends any more since is one of my favorites. After asking for more of the garlic cheese bread they serve we waited for ever and we finished eating but the bread never came.

Red lobster does not taste the same anymore only their biscuits are still good and there waiters are so rude and disrespectful there shrimp pasta was so dry and the scampi shrimp was so greasy. I will only go back for their biscuits but i dont even have to because Walmart sells them. Kinda expensive.

Sat at the bar alone for lunch, was told 1 minute. The bartender had to leave and nobody ever greeted me other than the hostess/manager. Walked out ten minutes later and went across the street to spend 1/5 the $. If I got biscuits and water I would have stayed. I will not go back.

On busy days, the cashiers are horrible. They told us were had to wait 30 minutes, then we ended up waiting a hour. Then there were literally 5 seats available and even after we told them about the seats, we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. But on normal days the service is great!

Is it a state law to provide a percentages on how to give a tip? Mandatory? Sometimes servers does not deserve to be given a tip.Some of the servers here are rude,my order,when it was served it wasnt complete,theres no dip,no condiments,no wipes for after eating crab,no napkins.

I have eaten here many times during past visits and the service is great! I love coming to this red lobster, i like that they are all the same and provide the same great customer service. I will continue to visit this place every time i get out here.

In Michigan Red Lobster is the place to be if you want seafood...Here on the west coast its crap! With all the less expensive and better tasting, fresher seafood spots in the area, its very hard to for me to eat here. Great staff and marketing.

Definatly dont go here go to a east bay one. Had to leave never got served. Sat for 40 mins before i asked for service not including the 25mins i waited in the car for my buzzer to beep hahah please dont support this one. I love red lobster tho

The Cheddar Bay Biscuits! A true standout amidst the so-so "casual dining" seafood fare. The service is always pretty good and waiting times arent too bad. Some items are really hit and miss, but try whatever tickles your fancy.

Excellent food and service! We went on a Monday evening. It took them 2 minutes to seat us, 3 mins to bring the drinks and take the order. The food was on the table 15 mins later. The waitress was great and polite!

A convenient location, but somewhat on the small side and as a result there is always a wait here. The biscuits are great as always (get some to go in an oven bag) and you can super size their sugary frozen drinks.

Decent spot for a chain. Cheese biscuits and point as usual. Love all you can eat shrimp. Wish they had a bigger selection, but they just added a couple new flavors. Staff is mostly nice and clean.

We had a waiter, Mark at the san Bruno Red Lobster that was awesome. He was very personable and attentive. Over all he and the other waiter, Jimmy, made for a very enjoyable dinner.
