I eat a ketogenic diet. If I ate carbs, Id rate them much lower. My rating is based on the fact that I eat a high-fat, low-carb diet. In-N-Out were the first burger chain I know of to introduce a lettuce wrap burger, where you can get their burgers wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of a bun. If I was rating them on the rest of their food, id probably give them a 2-star rating. They cook their fries in polyunsaturated vegetable oil, which is why they dont taste good and are also loaded with cancer-causing heat-mutated vegetable fats. OK, so you probably arent a food scientist, but people who eat a high polyunsaturated diet high in carbs are working on developing the kind of deathstyle Im avoiding. (Look me up on Amazon.) So I just eat the wrap burgers. Theyre great tasting and not too far off my dietary profile. Ill make my own shakes, too, thanks.

There are two In-N-Out Burgers in Natomas, but I definitely prefer this one to the one in the Walmart center. Its usually not AS busy (though its always busy), unless a game or event is going on nearby. The food is typical I-N-O fare, and thats a good thing. Its exactly what you would expect from a good I-N-O. They are very consistent, and that includes consistently excellent service from their friendly workers. As customers, we need to step away from the counter while waiting, or else we will be asked repeatedly by different people if there is anything they can do to help us. Thats great customer service!

My card was declined and the guy at the register had no clue what to do I was so embarrassed because I brought the wrong atm card and didnt when have cash I just wanted to hurry away so no one would see me but the line in front of me didnt allow me to, I told the guy nevermind he called his manager and the guy was so sweet and comforting he said it was on the house. This has never happened to me before and I am just so Thankful for the good people. Just tried a animal style burger and now I know what all the fuss is about its so much better. Order your food animal style!

This is the slowest in n out burger, a lady asked for a refund after a 15 min wait, another man waited 10 mins for fries. And instead of hustling the crew is complaining about the customers attitude. The cashier is amazing, super friendly. After the manager gave the refund he retreated from sight.

My family liked the food, but the drive-thru was a slow, lumbering, smog-producing nightmare. I dont know if it was because I hit the timing perfectly, or they were waiting for some potatoes to finish growing first, but OH MY GOD my face was melting off it was so slow.

Waited 25 minutes, for food . Had to remind them what happened to number 31 , but your on 46 , place wasnt crowd . Then tried to give me fries that had been sitting there . Wasnt even offered a refund . But a sorry ?? Dining in ..... services was awful

Got a double double animal style combo. Delish. Great burger partys, cheese is nicely melted. Veggies are fresh. Fries are OK. Should have asked for them extra crispy. Always good stuff at these locations. Staff always very nice. Thanks!

Love the guy who work the 10:25 shift drive thru he needs a raise he is the best worker there in my eyes I felt extremely welcomed by him His customer service skills were on point I believe his name was either Brian or Ryan

In-N-Out...one of the best burgers in the USA! Simple menu with limited choices which makes it fast and easy. You can search online for their "hidden" menu items which are fun. Souvenir shirts and hats are available too.

Being from the Midwest Im not to familiar with this chain. As I waited for the food I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the staff.. always wiping, always making sure everything is perfect. Very impressed!

Hey, its In-n-Out, what can I say. A simple menu, unless youre ordering.off of the "secret" menu. Burgers, Cheeseburgers, soda and milk shakes. Thats it. Employees are always friendly and the store is clean.

Tonight was my "first ever" In-N-Out experience. The employees were very friendly and personable but my double burger and fries was just o.k. The fresh cut fries were barely warm and my bun was burnt.

Not the easiest parking lot to get in and out of during a lunch rush but the staff does a great job of getting through the lines quickly. The food is reliable fresh and delicious.

Burgers are always great...but I was unhappy due to a mix up on flavors for my shake. Unacceptable to dump out half of shake to add right flavor in same cup. Yucky!!!
