As soon as we walked in we were greeted properly and everyone seemed nice & friendly. Food was great. Customer service wasnt a top priority in our visit. We needed a few refills on water and the waitress passed us quite a few times & nothing. I was very thirsty and because I was being patient I sipped on the few ice cubes my cup had. Still 15 min and nothing. By then my partner and I decided to go because we were already full. Well no luck trying to flag our waitress to come over. Finally, we asked for a box to go because there was plenty of food left over. We were told we werent allowed to take it. Ok so basically all that food which we paid for will be going to waste. I dont see why it would be an issue to take. Ok so we asked for our check, apparently, it wasnt 16.99 for two people like shown, it was per person,no sharing.we were frustrated by this point so we just wanted to pay. once again it took them a while to even get to pick up our card so we can pay & leave. Honestly,I just like walking out, it was terrible. Being a hispanic english speaker we were not priority like all their other customers. Serving them right away. I had a fantastic experience in my first korean restaurant & I would think this would be the same, but it wasnt. Would not come here during busy times at all. Definetely going back to my other korean restaurant.

My boyfriend and I came here on a very slow lunch day. We were the only two in the whole restaurant. This was a shame, because they had very good food and friendly service. I had never been to a Korean BBQ place before (with the grill on the table, for example), but I had had Korean BBQ food before elsewhere, so I came in knowing what to expect in terms of what I would like. Having the grill there was really fun, and being able to customize the assortment of food that you ordered was relaxing and engaging at the same time. We ordered one of the all-you-can-eat meat options and it came with many small salads and appetizers that were all fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The meat was pretty good as well, but some of the pieces were a bit stringy (Ive come to expect this from Korean BBQ anyway). The lady who was our server was very friendly, but made sure not to be *too* friendly given that we were the only two in the restaurant - know what I mean? We talked enough with her that I didnt mind when she gave us her business card when we left so we could spread the word about this place. All in all, it was a great first-time experience, and I would definitely come back again. Its be a great place to bring a group to share one of the all-you-can-eat options and sit back for a couple hours.

Thank you for opening one in the USA, and right next to my work! I love duckboards and spicy food, this is the best combination.I tried the challenge and it is SPICY, I put Tabasco on everything it made my pores open up and sweat drops form on the tip of my nose.I love the cheese, usually in the shape of a heart.I recommend getting the original duckboards combs with dumplings! If it gets spicy, they sell banana milk and fruity yogurt drink to help you tongue and insides.
