The name of the storefront is definitely eye-catching and memorable. The storefront, located across the street from Auto Zone, doesnt have a big name plaque to announce its presence to the world, so it can definitely be easy to miss as youre driving down Valley. If youre coming from Baldwin, its on your right hand side right before Temple City Blvd. I personally really like the ambience of Dingle Berries. Its very modern and chic with intriguing decoration and clean cut edges. If you think artsy hipster on Instagram, you probably can imagine the vibe of this coffee shop. Theres a wall of green grass, some picture frames on another wall, and random shelves with decoration in another corner. I also really like their use of the chalkboard, where they announce the days drinks, food offerings, etc. And the names of the drinks are really cute and interesting, too! Theres also an open kitchen area where you can see the workers making drinks and food. We were able to sample a few of their signature drinks - PeachFuzz, Theres Something About Mango, Horchata Milk Tea, and Pink Laffy Taffy. The drinks were unique and interesting, but I wasnt able to imagine drinking a whole cup of any of the samples. PeachFuzz was good, but a little too sweet for my liking. Something About Mango and Pink Laffy Taffy tasted more like a candy than a drink, and I didnt really appreciate the spiciness of the Horchata in the milk tea. So I just ordered a regular boba milk tea and a passion green tea lemonade (recommended by one of the workers) with boba. Overall, I thought the drinks were just okay. The boba milk tea didnt have much tea flavor and tasted really sweet - similar to Quicklys milk tea. The passion green tea lemonade was not great either. My sister regretted getting the passion green tea with lemonade because she said it was a little too sour. I didnt mind the taste, but there was a strange metallic-y aftertaste, the kind I usually get after I drink tea with lots of syrup flavoring. However, I really enjoyed the boba. It was chewy, sweet, and had great flavor. I definitely would come back to get another drink with boba. tl;dr - The teas that we ordered were just okay. I thought they were a little expensive for the quality. The coffees seem to be more popular, so I think I will be back to try those out as well as some food items. And the boba from here is on point!

I hate to give this place a three star but I didnt really enjoy the drink as much as I wanted to be. Was craving for some tea so I didnt really want to try any of the milk tea drink. Maybe this store specialty is coffee based drink since the owner lady asked me whether I drink/like coffee or not. She did say she doesnt have sample to try this morning which was fine with me since I wanted get something refreshing but not heavily creamy drink. I opted out to get Black Mango which had based of black tea with real mango bits. I asked for half sweetened drink I dont have sweet tooth. I picked up the drink and went to sit down on the cute outside patio area which was decorated with some purple flower pant. I thought the outside was nice since it has natural lighting. Inside is somewhat dark though so if you are planning to bring a book to read, it might not be enough lighting. The patio area is somewhat noisy from the cars that are driving by the store on Valley. If you are planning to study in the patio area, bring a headphone to listen to music/block out the noise. So, I was going to sit at the patio to enjoy the drink. However, the drink was so so sweet even after asking time to mix half sugar. :( I really want to like this drink but the sweetness was too overpowering for me. I will definitely give them another chance and try one of their signature milk drinks next time to redeem themselves.

If youre new to this place, the super friendly staff will ask if you want to sample their drinks and then bring out a platter of samples complete with explanations. My favorite is their Panatcha drink, a concoction of matcha tea, pandan extract, and tapioca balls. According to the staff, the Ube donuts are unavailable indefinitely since the cost of ube has been skyrocketing. Note: I would not bring a large group. The public footprint no more than 800sqft and all the tables are only made for 2-4 people. Theyre also super busy so the phone might not be answered. This is usually the case right before closing time.

Nothing really too out of the ordinary for the taste. I did enjoy their service as the manager, after my friend told him it was my first time, had a list with the common milk tea drinks for me to sample. I got the Pandatcha(?) which was one of their newer drinks. It was okay. The tapioca pearls were smaller and had a different texture than your typical boba but it was a welcome difference. (Doesnt taste starchy) I will admit that they have a creative spin on it with the names and the ingredients.

TLDR: Great service. Delicious cold brew. It is a nice quiet cafe where you can get your coffee fix for the day. If it is your first time going, let the staff know and if they have the capacity, they will let you sample all their main drinks to ensure satisfaction, and this is a free service that they provide. Personally had the cold brew with half and half, and the coffee tasted great with hints of cocoa and coffee flavours. It is a local joint worth checking out if you are in the area.

The people who own this place are so wonderful and really care about their customers. When my friend and I walked in for the first time, the store owner surprised us by making us an entire tray of samples from their menu! Besides the great service, their coffees tasted pretty special and not like something you can get at any ordinary coffee shop. I was really impressed with the great drinks and friendly service, and Ill definitely visit again if I get the chance!

Its a really small, but cute cafe. They have really interesting names for their delicious drinks. They offer samples of some of their drinks for newcomers, which is a huge plus. Its kind a of hard to find the place because they do not have a sign. Look for the poop. Also, its really hot inside, so I would not recommend hanging out inside unless you are next to their single fan.

They have Klatch coffee!!! This is my favorite coffee shop in the SGV area. The service is always so friendly and if it is your first time they will pop your dingle berry cherry with a sample tray. I love the cold brew, the 626, dirty french maid and black mango (all half sweeten).
