Every acai (excuse the spelling, Im too lazy to switch to the Brazilian keyboard) spot needs to have somewhat a unique interior design, and Sambazon is no exception. Some art student definitely went crazy here. In a good way! I like their acai bowls - the small one is just enough to get your mouth watered so you can steal from the large bowl of your company. Sorry gf. I got the Peanut Butter Chocolate & Banana bowl, which came with exactly that. No frills, but tasty.

Not great. Over priced and lacking in fruit toppings and flavor. The main problem was the taste and the second problem was the portions. I ordered the large berry bowl and the toppings didnt even reach the top lip of the bowl. Bf ordered the protein bowl and wasnt happy with the taste. Weve tried other acai bowl shops and this was the worst weve had. Wouldnt choose to come here again. Definitely not worth $20 for two bowls that leave you feeling shorted.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here every weekend for the past year. We always get an açai bowl (he does the berry bowl and I usually get the protein bowl or whatever is the seasonal special). We love it. The story behind the place is cool and the bowls are muyyyy rico (aka delicious!) Ian is also the man. Love it here, highly recommend.

It was a frozen treat, which is what I was craving but not the delicious and amazing bowl I am use to at our local shop in Tempe (or Sedona). I thought Cali was known for these things and sambazon was the leader? I guess not. They only offer 4 options with very limited choices. Its alright. Come to AZ if you want a real bowl.

Excellent marketing, we thought we were in for a delicious acai bowl. Little did we know this facility couldnt have made food that I would feed to my dog. I ordered an acai with peanut butter yet there were no peanuts anywhere to be found. Utter crap never shop here.

Recently I tried bowls everywhere locally. These are by far best in my opinion. Fresh blueberries instead of frozen...lots of toppings.. great staff! Cheers.

Good fresh açai bowls. The only negative is how busy it gets and there can only be one cashier causing the wait to be long as well. Overall, good bowls.
