Best Lamb Tikka (or any lamb dish) I ever had! Not a huge fan of all Indian food, but tandoori has always been my favorite. I have ordered the Chicken Tikka (not Marsala) here about three times and loved it. To me, medium hot is better than mild, but I love Thai and Korean medium spiced food so I am good with this. So I ordered the Lamb Tikka (not marsala which is too soupy to me) and was blown away at the taste. Very little mention of lamb here on these reviews to speak of, so I guess it must be due to the gamey taste that sometimes lamb can have. But I learned long ago that the best Mid East Kabobs were those that were fresh and very marinated. This lamb is marinated and cooked in the tandoori, then sauteed in a pan with onions, bell pepper, lemon, and spices that are to die for IMO. In fact I question that this was lamb at all and actually may have been filet mignon. Very moist and tender with no game taste at all. Whatever meat it is, it was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten! I should say that I ordered over phone to go, so service wasnt an issue. I also ordered some basmati rice which paired perfectly. Enough for two easily. I had it with a salad I made at home with balsamic dressing which also was just right. I took a few orders of the chicken tikka to a home brew beer club meeting in the past and served with toothpicks. Perfect beer pairing. A BIG hit!

Great Food. Great Price. Great Service.
Update: The first time I went there the service wasnt very good but the food was. I went back and this time both food and service were great. I must have just come by on an off day. Before their food was good enough to overcome poor service. With the good service this place is perfect in my book. I couldnt be happier and look forward to coming back again and again.
This place has the most important aspect - excellent food. I went there for their buffet, and everything was well cooked and perfectly seasoned. The price was very reasonable as well - only $9 per person for a lunch buffet.

This establishment has great food, and friendly staff. However the decor is dated, and the prices (outside of thier lunch buffet) are pretty high. All said and done, this is a must try for anyone who enjoys Indian food. To note, I would give this establishment 5 stars if they fixed the issue below.... Prices are expensive, but its really becuase they lack a single plate option. If you want to order three items (for variety), youre spending around $35 - $40. Its a big portion, but a ridiculous price to ask for two people looking for a couple items on the plate. Every other Indian food restaurant that I know of offers a single plate option, where you can choose any two curries with a bed of rice and naan (usually between $10 - $12). There is a variety plate in the menu, but it consists of preselected items, so its pointless unless you just happen to like those items.

Ill admit, the food is pretty good. BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE! My friend and I came for lunch (during their buffet hours) and wanted to see their menu. The waiter seemed upset that we didnt just want to go to the buffet, so instead of placing the menu at our table, he straight up THREW it on there. If my friend and I werent starving, we would have left. Ive talked to many of my friends about this place and they TOO have complained about their customer service. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.

I didnt have food but the host actually asked me if I wanted to take my food to go!!! They had 10 minutes before they closed. We were tired and hungry and my wife is 6 months service. I wanted to try to food here because my in-laws came to America for the first time! They could have tried a Indian Restaurant that supposedly voted #1 by Press Enterprise in 2014 (huge banner outside). Shameful gives Indians a bad name! I wont be coming back ever!!! I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone now. Service is horrible from my first perception!

I really liked it. I usually go to Clay Oven in San Bernardino, but Punjab was closer tonight. I am glad I came here. Extremely nice service and the food, well, it was perfect. I had Chicken Karachi at very spicy and the crazy thing, they made it spicy with curry! If you go to Indian cuisine like I do, youll notice that alot of them serve spicy with more red pepper and not curry. Authentic food and excellent service.

By far the best Indian food in town! People trying it for the first will not be disappointed. My advice is to try the tandoori chicken first. Its not to overwhelming with spices. Thats what so great about Indian food though is the variety of spices and different flavors. I especially love trying out the different curries. So come down to Punjab Palace where the food and flavors really dance I your tounge!

We tracked down this restaurant via Google. My wife and I love Indian food and look for the better Indian restaurants wherever we go. Punjab Palace suited us just fine. The food was very good and plentiful. The service was first rate. We had the shrimp sag, pillau rice, chicken korma, and the rice pudding for dessert. We ended up taking a lot of leftovers home. We will be back!

I thought this place e overall was good. Customer service was great. However my only gripe was the spice level. I asked the waitress if the spice level here are pretty high. She said medium should be fine. So I ordered a medium spicy lamb curry. Bug mistake... Shouldve went Very spicy because the medium was not spicy at all. I really liked the Masala over the lamb curry personally.

First time here today for lunch buffet. Great selection of food, everything was delicious! Fresh nann bread brought to table, very tasty. Good vegetarian choices as well. The service was awesome! The second any of us put our cup down more than half empty it was refilled. Servers were very friendly as well, saying hi to our toddler and teasing her. We will definitely be back!
