Been an avid customer for nearly 5 years, every Thursday, like clockwork. Now its just gotten to the point that people dont even ask what Im doin Thursday nights, because they know, that Im digging into some deliciously inexpensive(.75) tacos until Im stuffed to the GILLS. Seriously people. Its become an addiction. I speculated on my first Taco Thursday that there had to be some Crack in these tacos or something, because they were BY FAR the best tacos under a dollar, this side of the border, and the Mississippi. AND THE BREAKFAST YOU ASK??? Dear sweet mother of god(!) the breakfast will change your LIFE ! ! ! Or at the very least your day. Pancakes are killer, the French toast will blow your mind, and the omelets...speechless. The service has been spotty in the past, but fairly superior with what you would expect of a small, private restaurant. Sure you can go to any cocos or dennys anywhere, and you will be served the same food, consistent with the next franchise, however if your like me, and enjoy a place to not only enjoy the food; but the environment an and people around you. This is the spot. TIPS TO THE ONION #1: Expect to wait! I usually go with 3-4 people and wait about 20 mins to be seated #2: if you are flying solo or on a date with little time to spare, or just plain *starving*, keep an eye on the bar seats, as you may seat yourself there without waiting. #3: And lastly, be patient with staff on Thursday, whether you didnt get a seat u wanted, they forgot to top off drinks, late bringing the check, or whatever the reason for your frustration, remember this; this place is ONLY like this on Thursday, their busiest, most frustrating day of their week. Just Be patient. And finally, #4: when ordering tacos, order the shells... ***Extra crispy*** and thank me later

My husband and I were trying to find a decent Mexican food place to eat when we stumbled upon this one. I must say the place didnt look very busy and we were a little skeptical about eating here but as soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted. The lady in the kitchen was also kind enough to give us some details on their menu and she had albóndiga soup coming fresh. Im a sucker for taquitos so I ordered the combo and my husband ordered the milanesa torta. We were offered chips and salsa as we waited for our food. It wasnt the long before our food came out and yum, my mouth watered. Overall we were not disappointed, they werent the best taquitos Ive had but the food had a home taste to it, the staff was incredibly nice, and the place was impecable. I would recommend this place to anyone craving a Mexican home taste!

I been to this place before, their French toast was good the salsa and chips are too. I decided to go back but the second time I visited this place it was disgusting first I order a chile relleno for my mother she said it was nothing but just egg and tiny bits of chile not to mention it was super salty. For myself I ordered a carne asada burrito it was nothing but full of canned beans so gross. I hate to be the person to retun food or not pay for it I still paid the bill our plates were full. As we are leaving the place it smells like clogged restroom so disgusting the smell came all the way to the door so gross Im hoping they meet sanitary standards for the sake of peoples health. Definately done with this place!

Taco night is date night for me and my wife. Every Thursday night is Taco night. Tacos for $0.75. Cheap beer too. (How much, I dont know, as I do not drink). "Americanized" enough for my wife and traditional enough for me. Normally you need to get there early because there will be a line waiting to get seated. That tells you something about the food and cleanliness of the place. Every week we meet the same people here. Small and quaint, the servers are very friendly. I believe that this building is the original "Dennys" in Riverside. That is what Ive been told by old timers.

Id rate it higher, but every time I take my family there, the common sense challenged waitresses seat a party of two into the family booth, when there are open two person booths open, then try to seat us in the two person booth. Hey, how about using that empty space in your dome to figure out that you should have done just the opposite. It really affirms the fact that people are on an intellectual downward spiral.

By FAR, THE BEST place to eat in Riverside! Retro, cheap, fast and GOOD! Me and my boys come here on the old cycles. When we take the truck we bring our dogs. They wait patiently for us to come out with a "doggy bag". SUPER nice waitresses and you run into someone you know each time :) (Not a good place to take a mistress) Do as I say and come on Thursday for Taco Night and change your life! Mmmmm -Your Master

Just a good old regular mom and pops restaurant. They serve a lot of "Mexican" food items but I would definitely class this as an "American" restaurant- BLT sandwiches and big breakfast specials -- its like a Dennys where you get your dollars worth and the people are friendly and attentive. Great casual lunch spot. (And complementary chips and salsa - if theyre busy you may want to ask for it

Besides the flys providing an extra curricular activity in our sublevel dinning experience, we wouldnt go back for the food either. Their trash, is parkedin front the store, leaving a surreal moth watering experience... To say the least.Spilling over in clear bags to see the kitchen s residue and harsh chips of egg shells.... And the stars dont allow for negitatves...

We love the this place - Patty is great and hires the best staff. They are wonderful and friendly and welcoming, and the food is great! I always get the chicken enchilada combo plate (the cheese enchilada is really good too). Nestled in the old Brockton Arcade - looks like it was once a Dennys back in the 50s.

Yummy local eatery. Service was prompt, and our waitress was really helpful. The Chile Verde Omelet (pictured) was a great choice, and the side dishes Beans & Rice just rounded it out. The salsa, for starters, was a nice way to get the ball moving. A definite "return visit" could be in the future.

I have been coming here for 11 years. The customer service is always great. I often come with the whole family. The chicken tacos are amazing. My favorite breakfast item is the breakfast burrito. They work fast even though they have a lot of customers. I look forward to coming back again soon.
