Great food, great service, the only reason I would not rate higher is that while we were paying, the phone rang and the cashier was in the middle of helping our party of 5 split our bill and she opted to continue helping us instead of answering the phone. Then while we were still paying, the manager or whoever he was came up to her and very rudely interrupted us and yelled at her for not answering the phone. It was clear that this girl was new, maybe it is your company policy to answer the phone but she was giving great customer service to us and if this is a discussion you need to have with an employee, it should not be in front of your customers, very unprofessional.

Service wasnt great, the food was really bad, the management didnt really help his staff give better service, and it was just all around a bad experience. I tried not to complain because I just dont like doing it, but the manager asked about the meal and I have him a small portion of what went wrong and he discounted a portion of the meal. Didnt take it off, just discounted. Atmosphere is cute and kid friendly. The food looked pretty at least.

The main thing that Black Bear has going for it is portion size. The food is good, dont get me wrong. The service is usually adequate (although Ive experienced both really good and really bad service at this location). I usually wind up boxing up half of my food and having for a meal later. Prices are good and location is convenient. Management has always been very responsive and caring whenever there has been a problem.

Not my first visit, nor will it be my last!! The portions are huge and beautifully plated. They accommodate requests anything from extra gravey to vegitables on the side with a smile and promptly. Servers to management check on you and how you are enjoying your meal. There deserts are so tasty and we must always leave with a couple!! Dont pass up the chance to eat here!!!!

Ive always love this place but today was a horrible experience. I decided to go for breakfast on my birthday the waitress was extremely rude my silverware was dirty I asked for a new one she took the old one and brought back the same dirty one. My food was horrible my potatoes were not cooked all the way my French toast was hard. My husband did eat anything on his plate.

Service sucks the last 3 times I have been here. The product is good. But I tried them again today at this location and once again service was terrible. Stood waiting for a seat for way to long. With zero line. Then when seated. watched 2 different waiters and the manager walk by without acknowledgement. Left after 15 minutes.

Horrible I went and was seated made a brief stop at the restroom. Sat for another 15 -18 minute. Waiters and waitresses passed by many times but no one approached, though I did notice others getting served who arrived after me. Thats when I got up and left. To bad I like the one on Tropicana and & Jones. Never here again.

Speedy and great service. Super large portions. I had the chicken fried steak that came with biscuit and gravy. Potatoes needed to be seasoned better and less burnt. My husband ordered the Grizz. He ordered his eggs sunny side up but got scrambled. The sweet cream pancakes were good. In the end, it was good eating.

I love black bear. Every time I come here makes me miss my moms cooking. The portion size is huge, and I always have leftovers. We went on a Sunday morning and it was busy, so service was a little slow but understandable because they were running in circles. I will be going back for sure!

My family and I really love the Black Bear Diner, just wish they would add "Chili" and "Hot Roast Beef" sandwiches to their menu.. Their food is amazing so I can only imagine how good their Chili would be.. thanks for great food and the staff are so friendly and right there to help you.

This place has great breakfast. I have not yet tried their desserts but they look amazing!! The steak sandwich was good not great. Would definitely recommend everyone try the breakfast (waffles pancakes and eggs benedict were all amazing)

Its was a great experience! Warm and friendly staff, I love that they brought my honey with my hot tea! The food was delicious! And I loved the fun and whimsical atmosphere! Im so happy to find out we have some close to us!

We ordered off from the senior menu / the lighter side and we still couldnt finish our plates. The fresh squeezed orange juice was worth every cent. The coffee was also phenomenal. And for Vegas a really good price

People were nice but my tea was not hot and even after I said something they brought me another one which still wasnt hot. They said its a problem they have with the machine but still charged me for it.

I was in town with friends and found this gem of a restaurant. Friendly place, country look and big portions of food. Eggs benedict tasted it good. Tried my girlfriends pancakes and were delicious. 2

The manager here during lunch on Sat was a complete tool! I ordered my bacon burnt. He didnt even read the ticket, yelled at the kitchen staff then told me he made sure the bacon was cooked right.

We showed up right at opening because we were awake and extremely hungry. They opened on time, seated us quickly, treated us well, and the food was very good. All in all I enjoyed my experience.
