This is the worst johnny rockets ever!!!!!! Sat waiting for waitress for 30 minutes at the table!!! Then she took our order, food comes 45 minutes later wrong food, turns out she never put our order in so she guessed at what we had ordered, meanwhile other people are getting there food that came in after us, manager comes says sorry offers us a comp meal in the future, fine. We come back I let the waitress know we have a comp meal, big mistake it was worse than the first time, if you want good johnny rockets go to Santa Anita mall best service excellent food, I hope Victoria gardens location shuts down, theyre ruining the whole reputation and experience, terrible service, cold dry food never again!!

Always a fantastic place to sit and eat with loved ones. Beautiful 1980s style look inside and has a juke box whee you can insert a quarter to play a song of your choosing (from their selection). Always a nice time when I go. Delicious shakes, burgers, fries, and friendly staff! Always fun for a date night.

What happened? It use to cost $.05 to play a song. The second they went hight tech, now it cost $.50. And $2 per game, thats crazy. Thank goodness for free app games. And what happened to the food? They use to give a decent amount of fires, now you barely get any.

Amazing place! It takes about an hour for seating but that doesnt matter. Our servers attitude and food made up for it. I had the chicken tenders and oh my! They were so good. Nice and juicy. I also had a strawberry milkshake and I was in heaven. Ill be back soon!

Atmosphere is awesome. Food is good aside from the fact our fries came out cold and my bacon patty melt had no bacon, service needed improvement. But all in all, u come here for the atmosphere and the staff dances together to certain songs-thats cool

Purchased a Groupon online stating I was able to redeem at any Johnny Rockets. When checking out the server denied my voucher and I had to pay full price not intending to pay that much. Very unsatisfied being the first time eating there.

Bad Service. Waited 30 minutes for our food to be brought out. When it arrived it was the wrong order/food. The burger that was brought out looked like it was cooked 1 hour ago and reheated. Too bad. I used to love Johnny Rockets.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. My wife and I sat in front of the register for 20mins without getting out order taken. We even spoke to 2 waitresses and a manager. Needless to say we wont be returning.

Location is pretty small but we were still able to get seating for our party of 6 right away. Our waitress was very nice and even brought ice cream and sang happy birthday to our daughter.
