My Chicken Still had Feathers on It. THEY DONT INSPECT THE CHICKEN!!! DONT Come to this One. I know Wingstops, Im a Truck Driver. I been to Almost Every Wingstop from Calexico to Vegas/Fresno. Wingstop has to say the wait is 15 minutes Its normally 25-30minutes This Location is close to a HOUR !!! I sat in the back of the Resturant and watched One dissatfied customer after another. this is the Wost Location I have EVER BEEN Too. YOUR ORDER- Wingstop has to Open the Box and Show You your Food when it comes to Take Out AND Explain during Pickup at the Counter. Not Only did they get the Flavor of my Wings Wrong 3 times. When I finally got my food the 4th time, the Chicken was Under cooked. THIS PLACE WILL GET YOU SICK !!! YOU CAN NOT EAT UNDER COOKED CHICKEN !!!! This Location not only mixed up the sauces and dry rubs. they also Cooked at too High a Tempature resulting in Hard Crust but Raw Uncooked Chicken Inside. I complained at the girl behind the counter Explained thats How They ALWAYS Do It. Okay. I Left. I was Soo Mad and Discusted I forgot my Refund. There is one in Fontana that is not this Bad but had Flies during my last Visit. At least they cooked the Chicken Right.

I called in to do a order over the phone, the girl who got on the phone said they would be ready in 15 mins well i immediately got on the freeway little did I expect there would be traffic but there was. I am only like three exits away. So I called told them that I am in little bit of traffic and was there any way to reheat the wings or re make them or can I cancel the order and put another order in because I didnt want to eat cold wings the girl said no immediately. I requested to speak to manager . The manager said no which I thought was stupid I am giving u options so you wont have to waste them. So I said you know what cancel my order which then she would either give them away or throw them out. She was so okay with me canceling. I thought to myself whether I am right or wrong your suppose to put the customers needs and values before anything. You rather loose customers then gain them. I could of help u gain more stars and gave you better review if u were customer focused but no there not!!!! I will not be going back here ..

Waited 45 minutes for two small orders of wings and cole slaw. People at the front counter couldnt get the manager to help. They were clearly having a difficult time - and they were afraid theyd get in trouble if they told customers how long the wait would be BEFORE the order was placed. This is a failure at a CORPORATE level. The only employee who took initiative to help was a young man on his break (in a T-shirt). I wish I had his name because HE was the only grown-up in the building. And he was probably 17 years old. Im not coming back to this store - or this chain EVER. Any company that fails to train its employees/managers isnt worth supporting. ...BTW - there was easily 10 people with orders 30 minutes late. I feel sorry for the employees. I look forward to watching such a poorly managed business fail fantastically.

People do not waste your time with this restaurant Im usually not the particular person to discredit a restaurant or leave negative reviews but this calls for it. My husband and I its our first time to this particular wing stop we waited in line for about 15 mins the cashier has really poor customer service skills not once did she look up and acknowledge that we were standing in line. I guess that call was that damn important. Not only did we wait this obscene amount to of time to order the food quality is very poor. How could you over cook boneless wings. The wing were very dry and really crunchy. The garlic parmesan was a waist of my money they over cooked the wings and drenched the wings in store bought Parmesan cheese. The fries were old and nasty. Stay away from this wing stop people.

Went there for lunch and placed an order. It was about 12PM. I was told the wait time was 15 - 20 Minutes. It was more like 35 minutes. I wasnt the only one either that was waiting that long. My frustration is that it is lunch time, they should be cooking wings so their is not a long wait for orders. You cant argue about freshness because when I finally got my order the wings were overcooked to the point they were dried out. I would have been better off with something that was sitting under a heat lamp. The sauces that I got, Parmesan Garlic and Cajun were awful. The staff really didnt care that much about all the people waiting. Most people have a 1 hour to 30 minutes for lunch. They cant wait 35 minutes just to get their order. That is not acceptable.

HORIBBLE!!! DO NOT go here placed a togo order, they said 20min...we waited 30min thinking we would run in and just be able to get our food...NOT the case waited in line for 35 minutes just to pay for my food. The server failed to wash his hands or apply gloves to them while dealing with customers food and money. Food sat for 5 to 10 minutes before being served. After being in line for that long our food still wasnt ready an HOUR later I got sick of waiting and asked for my money back...mind you we were the 4th people who asked for a refund in the hour we waited NOT to get our food!!! Go to wingstop in RANCHO promise its worth the drive!!!!

The wings here are pretty good. They have a good selection of flavors as well as beverages. The service and wait times are ridiculous at times, however. When you place an order through the phone or app they give you an estimate as to when your wings will be ready. You have to add a half hour to that estimate then maybe youd wings will be ready when you get there to pick up your wings. Also when your wings are ready you better hope that the employees call your name. They regularly fulfill your order and "forget" to let you know its ready. Like I said, the food is good but service and wait times need some work.

Dirty, unorganized, a lot of young kids working there and not even checking up on the seating area that had trash on the floor and tables were dirty with food on them. We ordered online and it said 25 to 30 min it would be ready. We waited 30 before we left our home which is in Colton. Drove to Rialto off of Riverside ave where the wing stop is located. When we got there we still had to wait an additional 25 min because they didnt even start our order yet. People were waiting there for their orders still. Very bad and poor service on the employees behalf. Never did they apologize for the inconvenience.

OMG soooooo this was my first rodeo at wing stop and if I didnt go with someone who has been to another location. I would never eat here again. Here we go dirty dining area tables and floors. I used a makeup towelette to clean my table. Informed the young ladies there that most of the tables were dirty with trash. No ice in the beverage machine waited a long time for them to fill it mind you there wss at least 5 to 6 young ladies there. To too it all off my fries were cold, the wings didnt stay hot and were freezer burned. I was not a happy camper with this location.
