Look I dont normally complain. I count myself as an understanding person. I know we all got jobs to do and we all got important things going on. I would never hassle a person in the food service industry; I have never done that kind of work. I know I dont have the understanding or wherewithal in knowing why it is, every single time I go to this particular Farmer Boys I get screwed! Once is understandable, twice is unfortunate, three times is coincidence, four times is unbelievable and five times is outrageous! You might ask, "well how often do you go?" and I reply, "That is the fifth time I been to this Farmer Boys this year." I cant do it any longer! I cant! I will go to other Farmer Boys no problems. This one restaurant has a literal 100% failure rating for me this year. Now, you want to know what the problem is? Once I was given a completely different order. Once they charged my card twice to two different orders. Once I waited 30 mins in the driver-through and couldnt leave. But every time it is the same thing... I ask for a Farmer Burger, no pickles.... guess what. Pickles every damn time. Its so annoying. My favorite day was when I had this exchange... I pull up to the drive through. No one says anything for a few minutes. I wait patiently for announcement acknowledging me at the drive through. A few more minutes pass. The car behind me has now had enough... 5 minutes of waiting is too long for him. So he drives around me and skips the speaker. I was a bit annoyed so I look over to the speaker and I say, "Hello?"... Silence... "Im ready to order." ... Silence.... Now Im thinking, maybe the speaker is dead. I drive up and turn the corner and see the lady helping the car that went around me. Now Im upset but maybe I was right and the speaker wasnt working. The car gets their food and drives away 10 minutes later. I pull up the window and the lady says, "12(something dollars- I dont recall all the details)". I say "Sorry but you didnt take my order at the speaker. I dont think its working?" She then repeats the last order, I guess from the person now behind me. I said "No I didnt order yet, I waited over 5 mins at the speaker but nobody said anything and this car drove around me so I thought maybe the speaker was broken." Annoyed she said "ohh, what do you want to order?" I replied "Farmer Burger, no pickles and a large Sierra Mist." She looks at me sadden and says "We dont have large." "What sizes do you have?" I ask. "Small and Medium." she replies Medium to what, I thought to myself. I just mutter back to her "I will just take the larger one then." I wait 10 more minutes for my food and get home to my Pickle filled Cheeseburger and my largest medium Sierra Mist.

Wow, my dad got me a Cobb wrap and apparently you either have a NEW or LAZY prep team! First off, someone cant wrap. How hard is it? Second: the lettuce was unwashed. Im pregnant, I taste EVERYTHING. I also have my SERVSAFE and several years of kitchen fast food experience. The icing on the cake: the avocado chunks STILL had skins on them! What is so impossible about skinning an avocado?! Thanks for having my dad spend a pretty ridiculous amount for food I ended up throwing away!! :/

The drive-thru intercom did not work or the girl there was very rude my service I didnt like it at all the food was good once I finally got it but the customer service was terrible oh yeah and after all that they got my order wrong once I got home the one thing that I made sure I kept saying I want to make sure that I get it wasnt in my order I didnt even think to look because I stressed it like three different times

Wtf!!!!!!!!!! I just ordered some chili cheese fries and it has to be the worst chili fries Ive ever had. I wish I could put a partial star. The fries are so soggy and some arent even fried all the way. How can these damn food places continue to serve subpar food to paying customers. What a funkin joke.

Ordered bacon and eggs breakfast for dinner. They forgot to include my bacon. Told the cashier I didnt get my bacon, 5 minutes later they bring this out to my table. Greasy, fatty, limp bacon . For what you pay at Farmers boy, you expect edible food. I left the bacon there in disgust.

Food here used to be good before. now every time I order a chicken sandwich chicken tastes like it came from the microwave not grilled sometimes is still cold from been on the freezer this is definitely chicken coming from the freezer precook.

Ordered a sourdough chicken avocado sandwich and the first time I got my order, the chicken was not well cooked. They replaced it with another sandwich and this time it was missing the avocado.. so much for a tasty sandwich

This is one of farmer boys worst locations. Employees are young & very inattentive towards customers...unless you are Mexican. Now the Ontario location on Etiwanda & Jurupa is a different story, plus food is twice as good.

Great service, they are very attentive and friendly. Also this was my first time trying their barn burger. Great tasting burger. First time at this location but u felt very confortable here. I will be returning.

This location is a little tough to get to because of all the large trucks in the area, but it has a ton of parking once you make it. The staff was nice and the food was good. The inside was very neat and clean.

When I came with some friends it was a full house. Although being a full house we got our food served promptly. The staff was able to maintain everything clean while it was having people coming and going.

I got their salad and it was delicious! One of the best Ive had. Man their burgers looked delicious but you know gotta try and eat healthy lol. Great staff very friendly and good quality food and service

Most items are good, but the pastrami is kinda chewy. This place doesnt accept NetSpend or Vanilla cards....weird!! EVERY other place accepts them. Except for that, the service and workers are great.

Love this place. Food and service are both good and the price is cheap enough. Its a clean place but they could stand to pay more attention to the restrooms.

This is a great Farmer Boys! The service and food is always good. Sometimes you have to wait a little long, but thats the deal with made to order food!
