I feel so honored to have this wonderfully hidden gem nestled comfortably into my very own home town. Its location is just off the beaten track, as is their standard of beer. Nudged into the back of an impossible-to-find industrial district, this tasting room is for beer novices and beer enthusiasts alike. The atmosphere is a flashback to what its what like to walk into a provision-era brewery. Drinks are served in a glass mason jar and refilled by loquacious and knowledgable staff upon request. Though their cups and furniture are far from fancy, they only enhance the authentic feel of this gathering room for serious beer lovers. Though their furnishings may lack class and decor, they certainly make up for it in their beer. While their atmosphere might be simple and boring, their beer is complex and exact, I have known many to call it a masterpeice. I have only recently become a beer lover and over the past year have grown to appreciate increasingly darker and more hoppy ales from around the world. However, I have yet to find a producer that has created a selection of beer, from dark, to strong, to light... and everything in between, that all maintain a perfect balance- Until now. I can honestly say that anything Bootleggers puts their name on is delicious and crisp, they have managed to perfect each and every one of their recipes. I am typically a creature of habit and fearful of wasting both money and calories on new things I dislike. However, at Redondo Beach Brewing Co I am only excited and hopeful, eager to try new batches. That being said, the thing I love most about Redondo Beach Brewing Co is not their old fashion ambiance, or even their mouth-watering beer, its not their dynamic staff, or their great location (positioning themselves in downtown Redondo with fun shopping and great food galore!), no. What I love about this place are the friendly and genuine customers it attracts, guaranteeing us good conversations and new friends after every visit. My boyfriend and I have learned to always bring our business cards knowing that Redondo Beach Brewing Co is one of the few establishments in Southern California where young and old beer lovers meet to network, chat, and share their sincere love for this delectable beverage.

I am disheartened by my visit to RB Brewery. I grew up in RB and used to love to visit this place when I visit my folks. I LOVE beer and really enjoy supporting local businesses. I live in Oregon and enjoy being able to bring my dog to the sidewalk eateries and breweries there. I was unfamiliar with the laws here in RB about beer at sidewalk tables and inquired within about dogs on the enclosed patio to receive a somewhat rude response about health code. I allowed that to slide off my back and walked home with the dog to return and enjoy the good South Bay beers they have on tap. My server, Eric, was terrible. He did not write our order down, an appetizer, and did not get the order correct. He never checked in to see how the food was nor did he bother to refill beverages, probably because he never came back to the table. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place to my friends and family in the area. Food is good, but the service was terrible and the staff that I encountered was rude and uninviting. Having waited tables in the South Bay in my twenties I am appalled at the level of professionalism.

Been coming here about 6 years now, and its always good. The food is good, the beer is good, the service is good and the location is good. Sit outside on the upstairs patio for the beach vibe. Any time my parents visit from Maryland they want to go here at least once and surprised me this year by showing up on my 40th birthday here which I had no clue they were coming. The waiters remember you and Jose is the man! The wings, mushrooms, chicken adobo and Philly cheese-steak are excellent!! Im a picky cheese-steak eater, originally being from B-more which is close to Philly, and today tried RBBs and I have to say, I like it. My Mom is a stupid-picky fish-n-chips eater (yea, shes British) and their fish-n-chips passes her muster. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a beer and a bite to eat.

EXCELLENT beer selection. The bartenders Adam, Kevin, and other Kevin know their beer, and take excellent care of their customers. Food is really good, especially for the price. I havent had anything I didnt like. Very relaxed, laid back atmosphere. Good sports on the TVs. Jessica (waitress) should be a flight attendant!

Came here with our kids. We are craft beer lovers and were pretty dissapointed with our service. Waitress was rude and annoyed that our kids were there (the were very well behaved). Ordered a pitcher of pale ale and asked about it. We were told it was full of hops. Tasted flat and dull. Pretty disappointing.

This is a solid choice for a beer and burger. The food is always good. Besides burgers their pizza, vaquero steak, nachos, and fish tacos are also tasty. They have added more beer from other brewers. We enjoy the upstairs deck. Downside if you bring a dog you have to sit outside and cant have beer.

I ordered a taco salad tonight for take out and I was very disappointed! I asked for no sour cream but when I got my salad it didnt come with cilantro or beans or a couple other things. Normally their food is okay but forgetting sides on their dishes isnt uncommon!

Place is getting worse every time they take a remodeling step. Owner is clueless. It is so loud and they have removed damping that used to exist. Food selection still good but what kind of brewery doesnt brew beer (oh sorry they brew one)

Bland chicken tenders? Check. Tasteless Canadian bacon? Check. Fly in salad? Check. Hickory burger drenched in to much BBQ sauce? Check. Over cooked chicken. Check. Server trying to be nice but triggering me by calling me a midget? Check.

Used to be a favorite when they brewed their own. Food is still solid but the tap program is just like everyone around. Still go occasionally for the awesome nachos and sandwiches but dropped in our rotation.

False advertising, not a brewery. Food was good and large selection of taps, but needs to be called Redondo Beach Brewpub.

Great selection of drinks and salads. We usually come after a nice Rancho Pallos Verdes hike to refuel before we go home.

This place is wonderful. To bad they do not like to show the UFC fights. Kevin is the bomb!! Best bartender in Redondo
