Wow! did not realize how nice this place was until I walked in. First off, the place is huge but is split up into several different sections. They have a stage, two large smoking-friendly patios, a giant lounge section with couches, and 3 long bars to sit at and then a dining room. There are TVs everywhere if youre there for sports. But what was really cool were all the events going on. Cant remember what nights they had them but Ill be sure to check it out and come back when they have karaoke, line dancing and salsa dancing lessons. On top of that, the food (shrimp tacos) and drinks were perfect.

Horrible service. Day of the fight they had not nearly enough servers. They broke fire code by having way too many people jammes inside. They have horrible security that allow fights to occur and outside seating is a joke. NOT ONLY ALL OF THIS BUT THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA 100 DOLLARS. They say that it was written as a tip when a CASH TIP was left anyway. They will not reimburse without a printed statement even seeing I logged into my secure bank account. Nowhere near helpful and rude.

Watched the Fight Tonight !!! Class Act !!! The phone hasnt stopped ringing all day asking about it . the people still working the day answered all the phone calls with all the same exact questions Time After Time and the bartenders at night were absolutely fabulous . It was a wonderful experience I applaud everyone that work there for all of their patients and hard dedicated work

Food was good, service was a little slow due to Sunday football. Seemed a little understaffed when it came to order takers was there almost 30 minutes before asked or acknowledged. When I asked for my bill the girl got distracted trying to talk to a guy instead of taking care of customer. Overall Ill try again.

Service is not good.My experience there was horrible. The bar was empty with only a few customers including myself and my friend and they hardly came to check on us. They mixed up the charges on my credit card and when I called them to fix it they said they would call me back and never did.

Top of the line. Nicest bar in the IE. This place has it all, from the best sound system for live entertainment, well prepared food and drinks. Plenty of room for every occasion. Lounge area, huge dance floor, patio to relax. Definitely a great addition to Rancho and the IE.

Staff here is beyond rude. On fight night there was a "seating" nazi woman. She dictated who sat where, and God forbid you took up an extra bar stool. No one from walking in, up to the end was friendly. I rather spend my money elsewhere, where my business is appreciated.

Weve been here a couple times and always get good service and the food is actually really good! Better than we expected. Its really big inside with lots of tvs! Weve only been mid day between 3-7 its not usually crowded and we like the happy hour.

Band was great, air conditioning not so great. Internet did not indicate a limited menu on fight night [it was our first time there]. Problems with internet when it was time to cash out. Waitresses were very attentive.

The food and service are great!! The different nights have different forms of entertainment. (I personally like tuesday-karaoke and Thursday salsa night.) I always have a good time when I go in there.
