I usually go to dance salsa her on Friday night. Get here before 9pm the cover is ridiculous. Anyhow, i was hungry tonight and decided to try their food. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a "brioche" bun with fries at $11. When i got it the chicken was sticking out of the bread at least an inch all the way around. Note, the "bun" was just two over toasted pieces of white bread. Well, i thought the overly sized piece of what seemed like a GMO frankenchicken piece may make up for it. WROOOONG!! The chicken was over cooked, salty, dry and really difficult to chew. I didnt even finish the other half of the sandwich. Honestly, i felt cheated out of my money for what i got. On top of that they really pushed the bottled water instead of a free glass of it. Lesson learned. Service is mediocre but the food is just like any at Dennys but worse. I will say the facilities are nice and clean but if youre hungry...go somewhere else.

will never frequent this establishment again. The food is some of the best to ever grace my discerning palette. However this is completely rendered moot due to the inexplicably poor sevice delivered by the inept and bumbling wait staff. When I was there trying to celebrate my 10 year anniversary, it took over an hour just to receive WATER! The waiter confused every single order that was placed. The kitchen ran out of dishes and cups! My party of 8 was seated for over 2 HOURS and we still did not receive our food. The Owner offered no recompense for our situation. He simplly gave us a "that is the way it is..." explanation. I would urge anyone who will heed, to seek Jazz and Soul food elsewhere, try La Louisianne in LA! The management of this establishment are a complete joke!

Horrible customer service......the Owner Robert whom I have spoke to on a few ooccasions is very rude. Wanted to have my brother in laws 40th birthday celebration there qouted one price then gave another when my sister went in. He doesnt remember meeting her yet she has the menu he wrote on. Then proceeded to say he wont book party in advance. My sister was paying for entire event of 40 ppl nd now we must look for another location. The rudness and unprofessional way he has handled everything is just appalling. No wonder the Jazz Cafe failed. You wont have any buisness treating ppl like you have.

New management, awesome customer service. Was looking for a place with the great taste that would make me come back. I would definitely be coming back telling my friend about your business. Loved the music and the vibe!! Great customer service and food!! The after hours nightclub is a plus. Thank you for the great time!

Pros: Good food, good service. Cons: You might waste your time driving out to this place. Twice Ive Googled the operating hours of this place, show up to signs that say "come on in were open". But the doors are locked and come to find out they are not open. No other signs posted as to operating hours.

. I was there on a Friday night. Very good crowd. Live music, great salsa bands. DJ Jorge Granados is the best I have ever heard in the Inland Empire, guaranteed. Playing a variety of music that will surely keep you dancing. Three dance floors and 2 bars.
