Not returning! We both ordered the schooner beer . After my husband drank a little over a 1/4 of his beer, I had noticed lipstick marks all over the top rim of his glass... Enough to make him ill. We showed this to our waitress whom snickered and said she would get another. She brought back a new schooner of beer with less beer in it than the dirty mug he turned in ( their way of saying he drank some and we are only giving you back that same amount)..Zero customer service! Why not take care of the customer with at least an apology and bring back A FULL GLASS! We ordered dinner and with hubbys dinner a vege was included...We specially asked what vege was served tonight..Waitress responded a mix of couliflour, carrots, and broccoli. When the plate arrives.. zero couliflour ( hubbys fav) carrots and zucchini were on the plate. We asked her about the blend she told us about at time of ordering...Again she snickered and said that they only included whatever they had in the back kitchen. So dissatisfied! In my opinion the staff should be trained in how to treat the paying customer. She offered no apology for either mix up.

The food is great, and we have had several visits with great service..... But several without. Its too bad, it can be a really fun place and the weekend specials are worth the visiting, but the haphazard service and expensive regular meal options makes us think twice. We cant bring friends who havent been there because never know what you are going to get. Sitting here right now and over 20 minutes just to get the first beer, but the fish fry special is so good sometimes its worth sticking it out.

Husband and I ordered the Hangar steak medium rare. Took forever for the food to com. When it did finally my husbands steak was overcooked, well done. The baked potato was undercooked and my husband got tired of waiting for the waitress to come and chased her down for some A1. Service was nearly non existent. Took 20 minutes to get the check andthen another 10 to get my card back. There was maybe 4 tables with customers, not busy at all. We will definitely not be returning.

Service was good and food came out in a timely manner. Got the steak special on Thursday but ended up in a lot of pain for a few days and spent most of it in the restroom. Called the manager on duty when I was feeling better and they were pretty defensive about it. Especially since I only called to report the incident. Im going to be staying away from this spot since I suspect they are cutting some corners health wise in the kitchen.

I come to Blackhorse once in awhile , mainly when my boyfriend doesnt want to drive to far for dinner...we live near by. The thing is , what kind of food or service you get depends on who is working. Sometimes good...sometimes bad. This inconsistency is really what turns me off about this place....plus their drink prices are really high. I cant really recommend them unless its a conveinence thing for you.

Well I went last night on a Thursday when they have their hangar steak special but the service wasnt that great considering it wasnt that packed inside .. Then the computers go down and were left waiting half an hour just pay our bill .. That was the worst part about it.. The food was good but the service could be better..

Looking for a friendly, fun place to enjoy a meal and watch the game. Found it!! Black Horse has fast and friendly service along with terrific food, try the chicken. The gals are adorable and Raylynn sure is quick on her feet with a great smile. We all enjoyed our food and the experience. Well be back!

Had great service and really good food. I had the Voodoo Shrimp and it was really over the top. I would definitely return just to have it again. My friend had the baby back ribs and they were good, although a little bit dry. Overall it was great and will definitely return when in the area.

Great place to eat with family and friends. food is fantastic not one bad thing to say, Philly cheese steak was awesome (recommend) . our waiter Melissa did a great job serving our table 14 people (two thumbs up for her). if you got a big group Id say to reserve a table before hand.

It was amazing. Went for my sons promotion from third grade. The food is some of the best in the Inland empire. Plus, kids eat free Wednesdays. The atmosphere is a little cowboy for my tastes, but it just added to its charm.

Might have been good. When you sit at a mostly empty bar, and cant get a menu or drink order in for 15 minutes it kinda sucks. I guess if I was a regular I could have got service. Wont be here again.

They overcooked both our steaks, but the manager had my wifes redone (I didnt complain) AND took it off the bill. Great atmosphere and other than that the food was great. Id go again.
