We just celebrated 2 birthdays at Kobe Japanese House and it was fantastic! The food was outstanding. Everything that I read previously in the reviews about their steak and filet mignon is spot on! It was melt in your mouth tender! The shrimp, chicken, scallops, salmon... all excellent! The service was outstanding too. Courteous and quick. We originally had a reservation for 12 but by the time we got to restaurant our number grew to 16. I told the owner and no problem, he fixed us up with seating at the same double grill location. A great time had by all! 5 stars!

The food was great! The service was amazing. Anson made our night even better..... He has a wonderful personality and great customer service. The FRESH WASABI is the best I have ever had... Couldnt stop eating it and was wonderful with all of the sashimi suggestions Anson gave to us. If you enjoy a great salad the Kobe salad is the best !!!! So glad they are back open !!!!

Charming atmosphere, friendly service (onsite owner), flavorful & appetizing food, flamboyant show and great prices – this is the favorite Japanese restaurant for my friends and family. We’re here for many celebrations – birthdays, anniversaries and any joyous occasion – the owner knows everyone’s name. We love it!!!!

Came here for our daughters 30th birthday. We had great service and good food. It was our first time here since they reopened after the fire. Happy hour Saporro $1 a glass. Sushi rolls were $7.95 and were good! Not as noisy or hot as Wabi Sabi. Food was great Definitely coming back.

Very attentive and friendly staff, not loud and packed like other teppanyaki places. Great quality food that owner seems to pick himself. Acessibility: Wide enough for wheelchair, seating has enough space anywhere. Table top has a good level. Standard bathroom acessibility.

Fun to hang out there with friends! Good sushi, fresh (not much you can do wrong with traditional sushi as long as its fresh and the rice has good flavor). Kirin on tap. Always friendly service. Love it! Plus, its only 1.6 miles south of where I live.
