No one wants to go eat somewhere your service doesnt feel wanted or appreciated. We have been going to Sayakas for years now, but tonights visit will be our last. Tonight we decided to take our friends to eat there for their 1st time. Normally we eat at the sushi bar but my husband was the only one in our party of 7 that wanted sushi. The rest of us wanted to get food from the grill. When we went to order we were told that my husband could not order all you can eat sushi at the grill and they suggested he eat at the bar. They were not very busy, the sushi chefs have his order practically memorized, and he doesnt go crazy and order a ton; but he refuses to pay ala carte prices instead of all you can eat just because of where he was sitting. Sayaka would not accommodate him and he was not going to leave his family and friends. So he did NOT eat. Horrible service.

We have gone here quite a bit always good food. However our last visit wasnt the good at all. Our chef Jose whom we have had before and was great. Wasnt very good this last time. He burnt the fried rice over cook the veggies(all minor things and are expected) however the meat is what you expect to be cooked good was no cooked as requested scallops were raw and gave us attitude when asked to cook them longer. The chicken he cooked was like jerky. And when he put it on my friends plate he said use the sauce it will be dry and laughed. he seemed more concerned with what was going on at other tables than our goods quality. Bathrooms were disgusting. Very disappointed and will not be back. Which is a shame because it was such an awesome place to go

This was my favorite place to go to for lunch when I worked nearby. The staff was always very polite, attentive and went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our liking. The food was always prepared and cooked perfectly. There were a few times when my co-worker and I would arrive right before they would close for the afternoon due to our meetings running late, but they would not turn us away. I no longer work down the street from them, but I will definitely make the trip there as soon as I get a chance.

Wonderful!! Choice of Sushi bars, Teppan-Yaki tables, and traditional booths. Super service, great scenery, delicious food. Go! Youll be glad you did. I love Japanese food and have been to many restaurants and sushi bars all over Cali and also on the East Coast. This is one of my favorites. The owner, Marsha, was very kind and went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back again!

We were down from NorCal and wanted Japanese. We found this place on the web. The sushi bar was full as an NFL game was on the big sceen. We wanted some place quieter and were seated at a comfortable booth. Excelent miso soup. Very good cooked food, teriyaki chicken, and sushi/sashimi. They substituted for my wife off of the dinner menu without an extra charge. Worth the drive.

Horrrible service !!!! Called for half hour to place order for pick up !!!! Nooooo one answered ..then they answer place order went to pick up and they had no idea who took order !!! I get restaurants get busy ... but half hour to answer I thought they have hostess and then random people answering phone.. will never go bk again

I love this place. My parents have brought me here since I was very young and it was across the street from the current location. The food has only gotten better over time and much of the new staff is extremely nice and attentive. Johnny is my favorite sushi chef and the tostadas are DELISH!! Yummmmmmm, now I want to go.

Went there for all you can eat sushi with a few coworkers. Server was okay, sushi was presented well and brought out quickly. Not the full menu, but many options available. A good deal at $19.99, we each had 3-4 rolls and left stuffed. Their menu states they charge for unfinished items. I would avoid the Colton roll.

This was our first visit, and though I was a little shocked at the prices when looking at the menu, it was completely worth it. The food was delicious, and quick. Usually, at other places, we have to wait forever for our rolls to be made... but not here, they were super quick. We will definitely be coming back.

Not only do they serve Japanese food, they offer delicious American main courses made to order. Service is outstanding and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. The prices are a bit high but it is well worth it. The only thing I had an issue with was the size of their portions were a little small.

BEST Asian restaurant I have ever ate at! They have it all Sushi bar,open flame grill and tempura sit down dining. I have had the pleasure of dinning in all three rooms. I might add the drinks are mixed as excellent as the food tastes. Atmosphere is where anyone would like to take a "first date".

I am a regular customer at sayaka but today for the first time ever sayaka over charge me so be careful and watch your online statement. This has never happen to me so be in the look out. I love sayaka and all but dislike the overcharging. I recomend it food is awesome and great vibe ..

Very very very good. They have 3 different areas inside for different dinning experience. They have a room where they will cook the food you want right in front of you. Another Is just sushi bar, then a regular booth and table dinning. They keep there sushi wrapped and covered huge plus.

great food great service and great staff. the sushi is always good and very fresh. the tepan chefs arent as entertaining as some of the other tepan grille restaurants but still good and the food is well prepared with generous portions. highly recommend to anyone.

Try Miguels Style Sushi in Colton off of Valley BLVD! The two best sushi chefs from Sayaka left to open it, its their own restaurant and its the best sushi you can get in the IE. I will go to Sayaka now if I want to eat at the grill only its very good!

We love Sayaka. We visit at least once a week and have been known to go more than once a week. Weve been Sayaka fans about 15 years. All other sushi restaurants are compared to Sayaka and very few come even close to being as good.

My girlfriend and I just moved to the area and we are both addicted to great tasting sushi. This place surpassed my expectations. The inside has a great, relaxing vibe and the food is top quality! Highly recommended!

The food was really good. The cook was very fun and entertaining. The servers however rarely showed let drinks run out and and disappeared when ready to pay. Good place to eat just expect to be there a long time.
