This place is not even worth A STAR, first of all, the guy at the register, Anthony, does not know math, second is that 3 other orders that were placed after mine were served before me, Anthony said they were backed up and busy with 5 employees, 1 in the drive thru who was handling her own orders, the 1 guy on the register and 3 cooks, Im inside the restaurant watching everything, they were not busy AT ALL, third Anthony even served the order wrong, was for dine in and he gave me the order to go, not even complete, doesnt take that long to serve 12 mini corn dogs 1 shake and a banana split when an order after me had 3 chili cheese dogs a banana split and a large chilli cheese fry, and fourth no manager was there, she arrived after I finally received my complete order and not even in uniform!!! What is that about!?!?!? Its stupid ridiculous service. This place needs better, I mean way better employees, service and management. This needs a makeover before a lawsuit. My banana split I asked no peanuts, 3 times!!! I still got peanuts on my banana split!!!!!! Im extremely disappointed with my visit and honest, I wont be coming back again. Shows why they are always empty now.

Me and my bf decided to go because we have been craving it for so long. Went and we could not understand the guy in the intercom nor did he want to answer after kept sat yelling hello twice. Took forever in the drive thru showed up to the window and no apologies for the wait . The report Stephanie gave my bf the food and we were charged twice for an item when we only asked once. My bf told her and she snatched the bag closed the window and again no apologies or words for that matter . HORRIBLE SERVICE here dont come. Go spend your money somewhere else.

They closed its door 5 minutes early til the dinning room room closed at 10pm yet they let 2 more customers not even 10 seconds before I even got there in. If they say that their dinning room is opened til 10pm then it should be til 10pm, not 9:55pm. Give me a break. Their drive thru window is opened til midnight or 1:30am. Like really!!!!!

I walked in nobody else was there. I ordered a sundae. About 10 minutes later I got my sundae. It was absolutely delicious. But I cant help wonder how long it would have taken them to get it ready had they actually been busy at that time.

The food is typical of other Wienerschnitzels however the restroom is not always maintained and the parking can be dirty and a shared with McDonalds, however the dining area is for the most part clean.
