I will officially be boycotting this in-n-out, I have had poor service before but this is on a whole other level. I tried to give this site chance after chance and everytime I go the service is AWFUL. I know that its personal, not only are my orders always wrong but the attitude from the workers is always unpleasant. I order a protein style burger-dry( onions, & pickles), simple right? No they ALWAYS get it wrong. I could forgive my order being wrong if the customer service was decent. I asked for ketchup I had 3 orders and they gave 3 package of ketchup, after I asked Im told I have to wait and the worker says "can you her this black girl some ketchup" really in-n-out? Then when I go back to get my money back an extremely rude worker is rolling his eyes and head at me! Thats unacceptable, its sad that this company allows their works to openly disrespect customers, but what is worst is that this companys site is still ignorant and embraces negative ideologies of African Americans- its absurd and competly uncalled for.

The burger shop popular at California. I have the back menu as a protein style. Even the United States seems to be the menu which corresponds to a diet of carbohydrates. カリフォルニアでは人気のあるバーガーショップ。プロテインスタイルという裏メニューがある。アメリカでも炭水化物ダイエットに対応したメニューらしい。

This in-n-out may always be packed with a micro sized parking lot and a car line spilling in the street, but guaranteed, this in-n-out expidites within 20 minutes, no matter the line length. Also, they have been the most consistent of the in-n-outs Ive been to on quality of the food with perfectly salted fries and cooked to the right crispness. Never had a bad meal or anything undercooked from this location. Also, conveniently around the corner from PCC.

If I had a dollar for every time Ive been to this In-N-Out and devoured a double double and animal fries I would be totally cool with that! The staff are the best and they definitely know how to flip some burgers. This place can get one heck of a line just like all the other In-N-Outs but sometimes it gets ridiculous. It the line is past the business on the corner, I just keep on going. I love this place. I eat here basically weekly.

Have been here many times, first in early 80s. Also been to many other In-N-Outs. decent service, absolutely the best fast food burgers on the planet, rival many so-called gourmet burgers from expensive places. Always hit up In-N-Out when in the southwest. My gf is from Quebec, I introduced her to this chain several years ago, she is a huge fan, cant wait to get back out to the SW and satisfy my In-N-Out urge!

Id hive this location a 0 star solely based ok their poor customer service skills, and giving out a bad product. In n out is known for consistently producing the same burger, and tonight sadly I was given a sub par burger at best. Good job guys, steven is the only name I remember, and he lacked what this company strives to preserve. Good job Pasadena store for hiring a bunch of punks to run your store.

Seriously, 2 lanes but they say theres only one from the street. So you have to wait in one lane other people cut you off to get in and they dont say anything about that. Went through drive through to order and pay, but then had to pull into tiny parking lot and get out to go up to the window to get my food! What kind of place is this?? They think they own the street?? WORST IN-N-OUT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love in-n-out, and this one is the closest to the Huntington Garden. However the line seems to always be long when we have gone here. There is street parking nearby, which you can take advantage of. I prefer to go to the restaurants that have indoor seating. This is just the drive thru with outdoor seating. With that said, I love in-n-out and their milkshakes, pink lemonade, and double double.

Thats what a hamburger (cheeseburger, or double double, etc.) is all about. This is a more vintage in n out where its purely a drive through. There are some tables outside but no indoor dining area. The lines can get quite long during their busy times so just be careful especially where people are heading east on Foothill and it starts curving right there.

After walking 20 minutes to get to this establishment due to convincing reviews from a colleague. I must say that was the worst 20 minutes and $10 of my life. The fries tasted like powdered potato strips dipped in boiling oil and then served with salt. The burgers were so bland and unseasoned they were pretty much distasteful

Surely this cant be how they all taste Im hoping. First one Ive been to since Im from the mid-west and I couldnt understand all the hype. Ate there 3 times just to make sure lol. Their fries were the worst part everytime. Disgusting. Every night they are packed though and have a line.

Its ALWAYS worth it to go to In-N-Out, and this location is no exception. Even though I had to wait what felt like half an hour in a "line" of cars that extended out into the streets, it was so worth it to get that delicious Double Double with animal style fries.

Drive thru definitely suggested since there are only about 3 parking spots on their lot. Surrounding businesses are very serious about you not parking there. Otherwise you get the classic In-N-Out experience. Great food, great prices, my favourite!

Great burgers, but this place is tiny. There a 3 parking spots (1 of them disabled), only a few tables outside, and if you come at a popular time the drive through line trails down the street. Definitely good, but sometimes not worth the hassle.

Prompt Service, the staff work fast and produce delicious food in a record time. While still being friendly with all the local and tourist customers despite the low-costs. Easily the best burger-joint in town. Cant fault that animal style.

Busy but they are fast, I always skip drive through and go to the window even if I have to take it to go totally worth it. No reason to leave the car running and waste gas and through the air besides Ill be out quicker. Love In-N-Out!

If you dont get there first thing in the morning, there is always a line. The drive through can get really crowded. Often a long line of cars. Staff is friendly and move as fast as they can. Good is good for fast food.

There is no indoor seating area. There is a large outdoor area. Parking is very limited and the drive through is usually very backed up. The outdoor seating is not very clean, and the food took a while to come out.
