I know its just an In n Out, hut this is the best one Ive ever been to. We went with the kids and after my wife ordered and came back to the table I headed to the bathroom. The staff saw my wife and children and were about to bring our food to them because they thought she was alone with them, but I came out and I grabbed the food to save them the trouble. Then they brought kids hats and stickers, something thats never happened before at other locations. Friendliest staff Ive ever encountered at a location.

Its In N Out, the food is rarely an issue. If you dont know In N Out, you dont know good fast food. But the problem with this location? The people staffing it. In N Out is generally some of the best customer service in the industry. NOT HERE. The cashiers have been rude every time Ive come here. Not so much as a smile or hello, just a bored face and the IDGAF face. Customers should be greeted, especially when you work for a standout line In N Out that pays better than 99% of its competitors

All In-N-Outs are pretty much the same. sometimes this can be bad but in this case, since the food and service are pretty great, it works. You know what youre getting. I usually get the double-double, extra crispy fries, and switch out the special sauce since its not really my thing. They do it right, do it on time, and get me through without issue. Also, for the price, you really do get a good deal. This is why so many people come here from far and wide.

A great In-N-Out, dont get me wrong. The quality of food at every In-N-Out is fantastic, so I can merely judge this one by location. Its kind of a pain to get in/out of this location, its a pain to enter the drivethrough, and its a pain to return to the street. The location is not the best and its a pretty small parking lot.

Great service here. If its busy theyll even have someone at the front of the drive-thru taking orders ahead of time. There is always a wait inside as theyre busy every time I go, so plan on it. The burgers are flat out amazing. Try Animal style with the seared mustard (not on the menu - just ask).

The burgers are great here and theres plenty of seating for me and my dog. Service is very friendly, sometimes almost at the level of overkill but Ill take it over bad service. In-N-Out burger really knows how to take care of their employees, and it shows with the enthusiasm you experience.

Clean, quick, great food, safe place, and best of all, the kids get stickers to play with until the food arrives, great place to people watch as well, variety of people from every part of the world, most are tired from the day at the beach but still pleasant.

Absolutely love In-N-Out! That special sauce is an absolute must-have on those burgers/fries! Really wish we had an In-N-Out out here in Atlanta but oh well, I guess its what defines West Coast dining! Definitely stopping here whenever Im back in town.

This is the best In-N-Out in Long Beach. Its hard to find a seat because its always crowded. Outdoor seating is usually available. The lobby is clean and bright, clean bathrooms, and they even have bike locks. A lot of fast food places dont.

Dropped my credit card here and luckily another customer called out the In-N-Out EMPLOYEE that picked it up and claimed it to be his own. My card was almost stolen by an opportunistic thief working there. Wont be spending money there again.

The parking lot is good, youll rarely have trouble finding a spot, unless its peak hours. Good burgers, definitely the highlight, mediocre shakes, the fries are alright. The drive thru is not the best design but it gets the job done.

In-N-Out is somewhere you should probably take anyone who hasnt been to the west coast but only once. Its not great but it sure is a great price. A full lunch for $6. This particular location is fairly clean with good service.

In-N-Out is totally overrated. The hamburger patties are so thin, you dont get much taste out of it. Why anyone waits in the lines for that mediocre stuff is beyond me. Go to Five Guys around the block for a real hamburger.

Always friendly service and consistent food. Only wish my fries would always be served hot to me. Sometimes the burgers get backed up and you get semi hot fries. Maybe prep the fries, once the burgers ready.

In-N-Out restaurants are always packed, but the service is usually fast. I encountered the friendliest service here from a cashier who was not hesitant to be friendly with and responsive to me.

This is one of the worst, I love In and Out but these kids do not know how to cook. Burgers sloppily put together, lettuce is always wilted, hamburgers not always cooked. Needs help.
