Been going for 7+ years. Always have gr8 service above and beyond. Communication minus. Have had few times something on order is wrong. Denver plate & Chic & Pastrami sandwiches are the bomb. Plentiful on fries and onion rings. One order enuf for two ppl. Always clean and organized. Now the restroom total different story. Says its Handicap accessible. NOT NOT NOT. I am the average size(on todays scale lol) and I have trouble myself. But very tide and clean. Just No room. So 2 minuses on entire experience. Recommend to all. Overall a 8 out of 10.10 being best.

Fast service with friendly staff who remember many of their customers by name when they enter the building. Bun was fresh tasting with an airy inner texture and light crispy outer texture. Patty was juicy and not burnt at all. Veggies on the burger were fresh and plentiful. Bacon was the perfect amount of crispiness. Fries with crispy on the outside and fluffy inside with a light dusting of Lawrys Seasoning Salt. Decor is a bit dated and cups were styrofoam. Portions were large.

well, after searching for a local burger joint, i decided to check this place out because of the positive reviews and how some, compared it to in-n-out. i ordered a chili cheese burger meal and a hash brown breakfast special. very, very, very, very, disappointed! no flavor whats so ever in the burger. the hash brown special, was okay. i give it one star, only because the service was fair. my search continues on for a tasty burger.

This place use to be a great place to eat, but lately have had to ask for a fresh batch of fries, because my fries were obviously re-fried old ones. This has happened on a few occasions, when I called they had the worst customer service and blamed me for their crappy food.

First time here!! Im so impressed with the service. Everyone works fast, friendly and efficient. The burger and fries were so good. To my surprise the had Thrifty ice cream, but only Vanilla and of course who could resist Thrifty ice cream.

I love Omega Burgers, they have the best chicken breast tacos. Every time we come to Downey we come here and eat. And all of the employees are so friendly. I wish they had a store out where we live, we would be there all the time.
