Their lettuce/ salad dressing fridge was not cold enough or working properly. And I personally observed because we were sitting right next to the broken fridge. How this 2 older gentle man used a dirty and filthy thermometer he was carrying on his dirty denim pant waist to test the temperature of their salad dressings. At first i did not know what was inside the containers, but when i saw the waitress used a spoon to get the salad dressing to serve to a patron on their salad. I saw how this engineer ( who was dressed in dirty clothes, no professional company uniform) crossed contaminate every salad dressing by simply wiping it down on an old rag. When he saw that i was observing him, he used a paper towel and said something in Spanish to other male that was with him. His hands were filthy and dirty and he sucked on his finger when he had dressing from the container. He had no hair net no gloves no uniform to complaint to his company. Just gross and the Middle aged Caucasian manager just over looking. That Caucasian manager Just He bounced really fast out of Norms to his car. We had nothing better to do but to observe what they were doing while we waited for our food ( good thing our food was heated on the grill and not come from that broken down fridge. The experience was appalling and gross to observe. I will never go back to this Norms. Never again.

Es la primera vez que entro en esta sucursal y que terrible experiencia, me pidieron que esperara, y lo hice, El restaurant estaba con la mayoria de mesas desocupadas, y la sala de espera con tres familias mas, despues de 20 minutos pregunte por que no acomodaban mas gente, la contestacion fue que las meseras no querian caminar tanto, por eso solo estaban ocupadas unas cuantas mesas, QUE MAL SERVICIO. El manager que se llama David, no esta haciendo su trabajo bien, porque ahi cada quien hace lo que quiere.

Havent been to a Norms for a long time and went Monday, Oct. 19 with two friends around 12:30 PM. Nice restaurant and people are nice. Our server told us about the specials including the steak and eggs for $8.99 and two of us ordered it. However, when the check came it was listed as $11.99 and when asked, the female server simply stated that the $8.99 steak and eggs special is available until 11:30 AM. My friend and I felt cheated/ lied to because we havent been to a Norms for a long while and the server was the reason we decided to order the steak and eggs special. How could she say that it was only good till 11:30 AM and we were there around 12:30 PM? If thats the case, why even bother letting us know about this particular special when its no longer available!! I honestly hope this is an issue with the individual server and not a general practice of the restaurant, and its fair to say that I wont be visiting this Norms anytime soon!!

Where do I start. the service straight out sucked! The waiter that my family got was straight out racist, he came up to us leaning on the table and seem displeased to be serving us, and to make matters worse he gave us our check as soon as he gave us our meal. Never in my life have I see a restaurant do that until now, its as if he thought i wasnt going to pay my bill. And then 90% of our food was cold, only one plate was made correctly, which was a club sandwich. And then told we called the manager over and she had no idea of what was wrong with the order even through the potatoes were clearly over cooked and the food was clearly cold. The cooks had no idea what they were doing, the waiter had no hospitality and the manager had no idea how to manage her employees or how to please her customers.

Hmmm. Where to start. I went with my family here a couple of times and every time i went, and ordered some type of meat, i ordered it well and it either came very dry and burnt or it was not cooked right. And i went one more time with my friend and she asked for a chicken noodle soup and got gumbo instead!!!. And somehow i got a piece of her chicken tenders in my food!!. Next, the service. The service was poor. Every time i came here the waitresses looked out of it, like they didnt want to be there and didnt bring me more drinks unless i asked. And now the food took about an hour to come. I saw some people get annoyed because of how long the food was taking. Overall, i dont really like this place. Go to Dennys instead. I gave norms so many chances to redeem itself and nothing.

I dont know or understand why people rate this a 5 or a 4 when the service is literal crap. Do you people have low expectations when it comes to good service and food?? BUT Ill put 5 so people can see. Because when i came here last night my drink was empty the whole time no one refilled my drink and there were 8 servers talking , talking..while i was staring at them and my partner held his cup to show it needed to be refilled. My restaurant has beginning servers yet they do a better job. Its bull , learn how to do your job right because of you, you make trump sound right about us in the latino(a) community. Lazy

Stay away! Went about 10:15pm. Busy but well staffed. However employees do not seem to be engaged and the service was poor. The night manager didnt seem to care what was going on. The food took long And our order came out partially ( missing pancakes ) missing my fruit, my steak was burnt and dry ( that was supposed to be their special) when I got up to pay there was another guess lodging a complaint with the manager in his food and service. She off offered him a discount. In didnt speak to her because I already waited so long, I just wanted to go home at that point

Horrible service took a whole hour for our food and when we finally get the food its cold. My son didnt eat anything he pushed it away. If you get this server, emily change her super rude threw the recipt on the table and got mad when we told her she forgot the rest of the food, even though it was her fault. Lemonade doesnt even taste like lemonade it taste like water mixed with sugar. Wont be coming here again. Next time were better off going to Ihop. Better service better food its just better all around.

Went on the 26th got the steak eggs hash browns and pancakes the steak was burnt the hash brown was greasy and the pancakes were cold next time I spend my money at Dennys Ive eaten there in the morning excellent food this time it was 7:30 at night lousy do not eat there at night I would rather give my money to Dennys I think and what really gets me is when you tell them about the lousy service they just smile and say oh Im sorry instead of correcting it Bad Business

I was here last Thursday, and we usually enjoy a very calm and relaxing b-fast. But on this morning they were having a lot of trouble finding seating for customers, and a number of people were even arguing for seating at the counter. Worst of all ur hash browns were terribly burnt. Also shape up the customer service on the take-out phone orders. We do a lot of this due to the fact your restaurant is always so full, and sometimes the hostess has a very bad attitude.
