I have stop and ate at evry Carrows in LA A county for the passenger the months and this one is the worst of them all the service suck badly. My potatoes were burnt and hard my toast was also burnt and hard and I just realized that they serve e the black people the small red cup for coffee and the whites and Spanish people get the large white cups for coffee . Check it out if you ever eat at one, I would not stop if I were you why have to suffer like I did spend your money somewhere else this was my last time ever eating at a carrows again maybe thats why so many of them have closed down

You dont expect a great meal when you go to a cheap chain sit down place like Carrows, but this one is exceptionally poor. While the food is typical sub-par quality, it is outdone by the worst service possible. Waited fifteen minutes for our order to be taken, waited thirty minutes for our food, and the waitress had a piss-poor attitude. Avoid this place at all costs.

i went yesterday to this location ever thing was bad the place was dirty and bathroom was so dirty so slow the girl is jessica was so slow she put drink on table and gave the soup after half an hour and gave the food after half an hour i already going ever time to west covina carrowes this time was first time went to this location and it will be last time

The food is OK. Up until just recently the service was great. Until we got this short chubby server named Gina. Terrible attitude,disappears and forgets about the customers. Happy to say I will Never come to this location again.

Convenient location. Good, family fare. Good value for the money. Nothing special, but certainly nothing bad, either. Almost always open. Breakfast available 24/7. Near off ramp to 60 freeway. A pleasant dining experience.

Last of the coffee shops. Although it was dinner, we had breakfast. French toast with strawberries, eggs and bacon. Sam was our polite and attentive wait person. We will go back when we need a coffee shop fix.

The ribs were disgusting, and the bbq chicken was also disgusting. Rubbery and cheap-tasting. The fries were ordinary, and the soup had to be sent back to be microwaved. I would not recommend this place.
