Hostess was not attentive; waited for a good straight 5 minutes right in front of host/hostess stand while the employees just casually chit chatted with each other about nothing. I figured Id wait as long as it took to get noticed but then another group came in asking if we were waiting so because of that I had to force my presence to get seated; Im certain we would have been waiting much longer had I not interrupted the casual chit chat and laughs the host/hostess were having with each other. The table that we were taken to was dirty; two forks on the ground, crumbs on the booth seats and a menu messily opened on the window sill next to table (like a prior customer just tossed it aside and no one bothered to pick it up and return it to its proper place). The waiter redeemed the experience a bit - he was very nice and friendly. We went around 4-5pm ish so the place was not crowded at all yet our food took quite a while to get to us. Was not impressed with the fish and chips; the fries were rubbery, like they were old and had been out for a while. I didnt complain about it and just ate it because Im not yet comfortable with complaining face to face but figured Id start reviewing every where I go because it seems that services and restaurants in So. Cal are very much under performing. I just came back from living 5+ years in South Dakota and I have to say the food, service and cleanliness in that state is way above So. Cal. Very disappointed. The Oreo cheesecake was delicious though! ;)

We visited this location for the first time as a special time out after my wife had a baby. Unfortunately this location lacked the last good impression weve had from previous Cheesecake Factory visits. It too an amazing amount of time to get our food we only ordered appetizers. 3 groups that came in after us we already enjoying there food b4 our Thai Lettuce wraps and Buffalo Checked strips came out. To add insult to injury the chicken in the Thai Lettuce wraps were cold. Had to have them remake the chicken and then brought it out on a lonely plate later. We didnt even get to eat together. They comped the lettuce wraps but our experience was ruined. We will not be visiting this location again.

First time visiting a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. I thought this place was mostly all about desserts, but I was surprised to find it has more to offer! My wife & I really came here to have some quick appetizers followed by a yummy dessert. It was a Saturday night and found it to be very busy! I never knew that a Cheesecake Factory was this popular. For appetizers, we had chicken samosas and southern fried chicken sliders. I thought both items were delicious, crunchy, and flavorful. My wife didnt care for the cilantro dipping sauce served with the chicken samosas. I thought the sauce was yummy. Then, she ordered one of the yummiest alcoholic drinks weve had in a long, long time

SMH. Back in April I made reservations for my daughters birthday. No problem. Tonight I was told they dont take reservation and that I could go there "like a half hour or hour earlier and they could tell me how long the wait would be". WHAT?! So I am going to tell my group of 13 to lets go eat but we have to be prepared to wait an hour or more before we are seated and then wait for our food eat and maybe we will make it to our next reservation @ 745. I guess we will have to eat elsewhere. Cheesecake Factory is missing the point of why people need reservations. By my calculations 300$ is not important to them.

We went for my dads 84th Birthday. My mom ordered the eggroll sampler platter , part of them were burnt , inside & out. I ordered the New York steak to share with my granddaughter . It was the size & thickness of a breakfast steak , good flavor but when you pay over $20.00 for a steak , you expect one larger than what you get for breakfast & it really wasnt even enough for myself & my 8 year old granddaughter , I gave her most of it. I guess my dads hamburger was ok , but then he doesnt complain. I definitely wont go there again.

I had a dinner with my family total 5 adults on Sunday 8-26-12 , Terrible, unfriendly service. Hostess dont know what they do the job, we have party of 5 adults, she led into a small table, not even fit in 4 adults, but I saw there is way larger table ( 6 or 8 sitter ) only 2 peoples eating there, I requested server to move to larger table or decent table, but they said CANT, I felt packed in like a can of Sardines! I will never recommend them. it was my sons birthday, they ruined a dinner and birthdays celebration. Hate it!

The food is great especially the cheesecake I always have a great time! But are services was horrible a big group sat after us got there, ordered in after us and got here food before us. (WHAT THE HECK) That group of women got way better service then we did. At times we could not even find our waiter it took over 30 minutes by time we ask for a dessert menu he only gave us one menu (we had four people in are group) at less are cheesecake did not take 30 minutes to come we could not wait to get out of there.

Okay, the cheesecake is good, our waiter was nice, but I was virtually poisoned there. I told them I have a very serious food allergy. The waiter noted it, & then, my food came, I bit in to it & it had garlic on it--which I am extremely allergic to. Then the manager came & had the gall to argue with me over it. I used to go there all the time. I will never go back. I am in writhing pain & will be affected by this for days if not weeks & Im fuuuurious! Also, its way over priced.

First time to this CCF. I enjoyed the experience, the wait at the door was short, the service was nice and of course the Salted Caramel Cheesecake was bomb! They placed us at a small table for two in the corner of the long bench seat and my friend is a pretty big guy, I cant say it was really comfy to watch him sitting in that location, they shouldve paid attention to that minor detail and given us a more suitable setting. Other than that, it was all good.

This place was hopping at 10 pm on a week day. It caters to everybody - families to small appetites to big appetites with a diverse menu. Service was prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and visually appealing as well. Being so close to Disneyland you would expect them to gouge you with their prices but you do get good value for your money...one of the few places around there.

Worked as a dishwasher... do NOT eat here. They dont even properly clean the dishes, no real scrubbing just a quick rinse and a run through the machine that doesnt even work. Way overpriced too.. but if youre into the whole "Pay for the Experience" thing then by all means go for it. Management is just sad, was scheduled for hours that hey KNEW i couldnt make but told me to just "Deal with it"
