Finally found some indonesian food in Pasadena! PARKING: Shared lot in plaza. FOOD: -Indonesian fried rice: Spot on. Great flavors, but next time Im getting extra spicy because spicy just did not cut it! Portion size was large enough to feed me for 3 meals. :) -Chicken katsu musubi: Ive never seen anything like it, but now I CRAVE it. Chicken was nicely fried and was still crispy even after the 10 minute car ride home. I wish there were some sauce to balance out the oil of the chicken. SERVICE: Friendly and prompt. Food arrived relatively quickly. Note theres no public restroom, so this place is more of a take out. On my list of go-tos!

Indonesian food out in a strip mall in Pasadena. The service is cute. It was mother daughter team in the kitchen and at the counter taking orders. I did a to go order of their famous fried chicken. It was heavenly and the sauce you get with it could only come from a wisened aunt cooking for you. They looked like they do a lot of take out business as I saw many people pick up their food while I waited for mine.

I didnt know what to expect, walking into this small strip mall shop. We were greeted warmly. Picked up our laminated menus. I opted for the masubi and the grilled chicken and rice. I was surprised at the flavor and how moist the chicken was. I also liked the macaroni salad. It brought me back to memories of eating local food in Hawaii.

This is one of the first places I frequented when I moved to Pasadena in 1985. Glad to hear they still got it. Order the combination plate. Youll get oseng oseng, nasi goreng, a tea egg and I cant recall what else. To drink, try cendol, the Indonesian counterpart to Filipino halo halo.

Family run restaurant that puts out great food with a smile. They always give you a rediculous amount of food, and it is always delicious. Be aware that you have to pack your own sauce, on the small table next to the entrance.

This is a hawaiian joint that also mixes in some other Asian influenced dishes. The katsu with curry or cutlet with gravy are what I usually get, and the Loco moco is a good value at $7.95. Seating is limited

Great food and great price to eat. Excellent oxtail soup the oxtail its melted in your mouth, the indonesian beef curry is full of spice and the beef is so tender. Good place to have lunch or dinner.

Food tastes amazing.. front desk lady is so friendly and fast. However, the place is too small and too crowded during dinner time. They have a lot of variety of choices though... :)
