I gave it a third chance...and still costumer service is one of the worst here..only one person in charge of drive-thru as well as the dinner...while the person cooking the chicken did not even said hi or welcome or smile or nothing..he didnt even took the mouth to call someone to come and welcome me and there were 3 more costumers behind me...the lady in charge of the drive-thru saw us more than once and did nothing about it I waited for 8 minutes for another worker to come from the back to attend us...well he took my order and repeat it back at me to make sure it was correct....I waited for another 12 minutes for my order while I watch the way the employees were working and all of them and I mean all of them..they were 4 employees in all ..did not had any idea what they were doing...I saw the guy that took my order..making it wrong...I had to come closer and asked him if that was my order and he said yes...well I had it right and then and told him to read my receipt to make sure if he was doing it right..well he did it at last while the other employees look confuse about everything they were doing...drive-thru costumers were complaining as well and by the time I got my order another 10 minutes passed and when I checked my order one more time before leaving...Two things from my order were missing...tortillas and the rice....So,..that was the last time going in to this pollo loco... employees need some one in charge .. someone that really knows how to improve this place because this place SUCKS!

I will never go here again. Its the closest to my home but every time I went, they never seem to have chicken breast or wings no matter what time it is. They tell me to park and wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready. This is nonsense. This is a chicken restaurant so there should be chicken all day. How hard can it be. This has happened to me about 7 times. Im done eating at this location.

I have to say the wait is horrible! 20 min sitting @ the drive thru is ridiculous! Spent half my lunch hour waiting for the food! Food wasnt all that great either. Burrito looked like it was literally tossed together and thrown in bag. Service Need Major Improvement! Get a new supervisor for this location cuz the way it is being ran sucks!!!

Skimpy as hell for the price compared to the Amount of food they serve. Non corporate Mexican restaurants have provided more food for the price in my experience. The chicken breast was incomplete. The burrito could have been larger for the price. I can get a bigger burrito somewhere else for lessssssss.

Service is bad and the food never looks like the picture they dont give a lot of meat but will give great amounts of beans rice lettuce they never put cheese on my food even though it says it comes on the bowls and when u walk in they look past you as if your not ready to order

I havent experienced any problems with this restaurant (other than missing cheese in a quesadilla once). The service is good. The restaurant is usually clean and in good condition. And the food is always of great quality and fresh. I have no serious complaints.
