The burgers are good but the service was extremely bad! I order a family pack of 4 burgers with horchatas. I have order before and the horchatas were always .65 extra. This time around I got charged .95 extra for each drink and a childs drink was .60 extra which was .35 extra before in total of $30. Where did the $30 came from? 14.99 of the pack, 3.59 of a kids meal...plus drinks and taxes in total of $25? Where did the $5 came from?. We asked for our money back and the manager was not happy. I just told her to please lets just end this and give us the money back and she gave back the money and said, "Here! GO!" Needless to say, I will not be going back. If anyone who eats here want an actual really good burger, go to Boys Burger on Florence and Holmes Ave...those burgers are way way way better than this place and they dont charge extra for horchatas

I dont know what happened, I came to this place a couple of times last year. Today (Feb 5, 2016) is the first time I went this year and it wasnt what I expected. Let me just say that I love hamburgers and like to drive and try out new ones. well, today wasnt my day. I chose the ½ Pound Primo Burger on Sourdough Bread, it wasnt what I expected. Ill know next time not to order it. on the other hand, this place is really clean and has nice friendly workers. Im pretty sure I saw ice cream being sold here too and the fries tasted good and seasoned well. I would definitely come here again but will stick to regular hamburgers i guess.

To say i hated it is an understatement. Words cannot describe how frustrated and sick these salads made me and my wife. I would never go back. The so called manager "Eddie" is the rudest and unprofessional "manager" ive ever spoken too. Please dont come here its not the same as before the remodeling or change in management or what ever the case may be. Please i care about you and your children. Do not eat here. I would hate to know that my wife and i were not the only ones that got sick.

I love their food, really good, not dry at all. But their service is real bad. Today the lady Maria was mopping yea i understand, shes mopping but as a costumer i have the right to sit wherever. Not only she bumped into me, after i apologize she mad dogged me and said cant u see im passin by. So i said hey i could sit wherever. She said yes but cant u see im mopping. I am manager at Jack in the box and costumer service is #1 priority and this woman does not know how to appreciate a job

This place was a bomb ass place i have one of my brst memories growing up there but since they opened its been bad the manager has one disrespecting attitude i called to tell her that her chillies are spoiled when i got them in Drive thru she she said with attitude thats the way they smell they came from mexico then she said they must have sooiled on the way here she hung up on me and well they have gotten bad i will never go there again

Two blocks away from my home yummy eating place... Love Primo Burgers..my familys favorite place to eat when we dont wanna drive to get food...I always get my order right.. friendly staff... reasonable prices... foods delicious every time we eat there...I recommend

I love this place, they have the best burgers in the city. Its fresh, clean and nice seating. The only thing I can say is that they have the worse parking design I have ever seen. The drive through is a nightmare to get around.

I once stopped by here cause I was early for work and by God this is the best place Ive had a burger. Good food, tables are always clean, and there is no mess where you get the drinks and ketchup. I enjoy this place very much

Primos burgers was the best place Ive ever gone to, its good arrangements for the seating whether its a single person or family, it has great if not the greatest food Ive ever tasted, Id eat there any chance I have. 10/10

The bathrooms were closed for cleaning at 10PM. They dont close until 11PM!!! I drove 13 miles off the I-5 because I wanted to try this place, but I also needed to pee. I went to Chriss burgers and it was bomb!!!
