HORRIBLE service. We popped in having always driven by but hadnt yet tried. It seemed cute when we walked in and was dining as usual until the food arrived and half our sons order was missing. The server never returned, not even to check in on us, we couldnt seem to flag anyone down. I finally went to the counter where two servers ignored me a third said shes be right with me and never returned. Giving up I sat back down and my husband gave it a go at the counter, he finally got someone to get our server for us. When the server arrived we showed him half the order was missing and his respond was, "why didnt you tell your server." Really? Weve been trying to tell someone you jerk. Apparently it was our fault, that was pretty much the attitude. It continued downhill even further from there. He was right though, it was our fault for going there in the first place. Obviously were never going back.

This is a French restaurant run by Vietnamese, which makes sense since Viet Nam was "owned" by the French. They do know how to cook here. The evening we went there were not many diners and it was early BUT they were out of the first several things on the menu we ordered! One item they were out of and I pointed to the next table where both customers were having that dish. The waitress said "Those were the last ones". There were four in our party and three got drinks, but the fourth drink had to be asked for again! Isnt that the basics of good customer service? Plus they really screwed up the bill (watch that closely). They say they take American Express but they wouldnt!! Another example of not being customer oriented, but self-centered here. No excuse for this kind of service when there are so few customers.

I only go to this place for the pastries but, its such a pain going there and not worth spending my money due to the poor service. I stand waiting at the counter for 10-15 minutes before Im even acknowledged and this is on a slow day when there were only two tables occupied. The owner pays more attention to everything but me when I walk in. She is so scatter-brained that she tried to charge me twice for the same meal. This place is so disappointing and it really puts me in a bad mood but, the pastries are hard to refuse.

Gorgeous ambience, amazing delicious omelettes. Had the build your own and it was the most delicious avocado cheese omelette Ive ever had. We will definitely be back to visit when we are back in town. The pastries are just as delicious as those from France. Crepes, everything we had did not disappoint. Great service and food.

Yesterday I purchased the plain croissants expecting them to be the light, flaky, flavorful croissants I have purchased there in the past. Sadly, I have to report that the quality of the product is badly deteriorated. These were tough and completely lacking in flavor. Very disappointing!

We love their almond croissants and yummy deserts!! Their presentations of their pasteries are to die for! My daughter who lived in France for two years often ask me to bring her some of their croissants when I travel north to San Franciso!!

The food is delicious with a great variety. The ambient is fresh and inviting. The desserts are to die for! The sfatt is always willing to help and advice on the menu options. Wine house is $5.00 per glass! Cant beat that. Love this place.
