So if youre gonna do the whole "Vegas experience," you may want to include the Eiffel Tower Restaurant as part of it. My company held a dinner here in their private room. One pet peeve of the room is the huge column that divides the space, which can create awkward ducking or hitting your head. The private room does not have a great view of the Bellagio fountains, but does have a nice view overall. There is a minimum you need to spend to reserve the room, not sure of the price, but price per person (sans vin) came to about $100 each, not including tax, tip and all those other extras that can get tacked on. The prix fixe meal started with: * Blue Cheese Soufflé Pudding w/ Walnut, Pecan, Petite Salade - Interesting. Kind of like Boursin meets Jello. About the size of a small ramekin, it went well with a baguette. Great salad! * Tuscan Kale Salad w/ Door County Dried Cherries, Quinoa Croutons, Toasted Pecans - Okay, so technically one could call this gluten free! And the kale salad was a nice counterbalance to provide all the antioxidants one needs when in Vegas. Why do we have to know the cherries are from Door County? I dont know. Where is Door County? Again, I dont know. Very fresh salad, the tang of the cherries provided just the right "bite." * Sautéed Wild Salmon w/ Quinoa Summer Beans, Tomato, First Pressed Olive Oil - This is what Im talkin bout! Perfectly done, beautifully prepared salmon that melted in your mouth. Wild salmon can sometimes have a more "meatier" taste that farm-raised due to the lower fat content, but this was spectacular. * Eiffel Tower Classic Crème Brûlée - La pièce de résistance! Very large serving for a crème brûlée - could be easily shared, in my opinion. No one could finish theirs. Loved the caramel decor that graced the top. All in all, its a very romantic setting. Taking the elevator up makes you feel...special, for lack of a better word. Would I come again? Mais, oui!

Dining here is as much about the view as it is about the food. Taking the elevator from the busy casino floor to the restaurant, you exit to be greeted by the kitchen. Around the corner and into a beautiful and romantic dining space facing the Las Vegas Strip. Floor to ceiling glass makes the beautiful lights of the Strip and the Bellagio fountains across the way the show you enjoy as you dine. We were lucky to get a table for two right at the glass but most every seat was a great view. Service begins with a lovely amuse bouche of Roasted Potato and Leek Soup. Rather than order the tasting menu, we built our own. For appetizers we had the Warm Lobster Salad, Creamed Corn, Double Smoked Bacon, Basil and the Escargots Petits Gris, Sunchoke Pudding, Flageolets, Herb Garlic Butter, Jus de Poulet. I have to say, the Sunchoke Pudding was amazing. For the second course we had the Sweet Corn Soup, with Bay Scallops was very good. The main courses we had were the Muscovy Duck Breast and the Bone-in Pork Chop. They were good but the portions were actually far larger than we had expected. An odd complaint but I would have preferred a smaller portion with a little more intensity to flavor. We ended our meal with the Grand Mariner Souffle and the Chocolate Souffle. Honestly, they were okay but I’ve made better. Again, the portion was huge and lacking in flavor. My advice would be to stick to the cocktails and appetizers. Above all else, enjoy the view!

You need make a reservation. If you want a table in front to the window, you dont have to wait to much, I been there 3 times and had a sit with a great view in each one. From here the Bellagio fountains show looks amazing. The food is good, the service are great, highly recommended.

On our last night in Vegas August 3rd, my boyfriend decided to surprise me with dinner. We stayed at the Paris hotel so getting to the Eiffel Tower restaurant was a breeze! When we walked in the host didnt guide us on where to go and werent too helpful as this was our first time. When we made it to our table our waiter, John was more than impeccable! From start to finish he came and checked us at appropriate timing. John brought us samples from the kitchen that werent on our menu for us to try. He offered to take our picture for us multiple different times. His attitude was always welcoming. He made this experience perfect! We reserved the corner table, table 56 I believe and it was breath taking! I also got roses in a glass vase which were beautiful. Seriously the best view of the strip. Our food was great! I got the salad, filet mignon, and the potatoes. They have a in house photographer that snapped our picture made sure we were happy with it and brought it back in a frame! She was also nice. If ever in Vegas and wanting a great experience, great food, and great service try the Eiffel. Thank you Eoffel tower restaurant for the amazing once in a lifetime experience!!

I called a reservation in the night before and they told me they could not promise a window seat to overlook the fountain show. They advised me that we could wait by the bar until that seat came available if we would like. We showed up on time and we were promptly seated at a beautiful window seat and greeted by our waiter Micheal. He was very knowledgeable in the menu from wines, champagnes, cocktails to the dinner menu items. This really made our decisions on food really easy. Yes, it is a bit pricey but you defiantly get what you pay for. Food was on point and I never had to ask for a refill on our drinks. When we first sat down I told our server that it was my anniversary dinner with my wife and right before the check they brought out a beautiful dessert for us. It was plated very well and read, "Happy Anniversary". I ordered they bone in ribeye and it was probably the best steak I have ever had. The custom butter that was added on top was so flavorful that steak sauce was not even needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who want to get dressed up nice and enjoy and good dinner overlooking the water fountain shows!

3 stars because my dinner there some years back was 5 stars, and the lunch I just had was 1.5 stars. Summary: dinner was great when I went there some years back. Lunch is super disappointing (the menu is bistro-like without higher scale options). I talked to one of the chefs (David) after I got home and he agreed that the lunch options are priced to be affordable but nowhere close to dinner. I tried to make a good meal out of the lunch menu, ended up paying $130 and it was just super disappointing. I should never have gone for lunch. The lunch menu options were sad, barely bistro quality for most dishes, embarrassing. They did have a caviar appetizer. The caviar was good quality but the blinitz had a bad sour after taste. I pointed that out when I was done (I ended up eating the caviar with the brochure instead) and the chef agreed they were bad. But i got no discount or compensation of any kind for something that shouldnt have happened in a restaurant like this. Its not like I needed the discount, but it was surprising they did nothing to fix the mistake. So, I may go back, but definitely not for lunch again. The view is still great though.
