My husband and I went for a birthday lunch and it was one of our worst eat out experiences ever. The tables were not cleaned...any of them and the whole time we sat there people came and went still no one came out to clean the tables. The food was terrible as well as the flies that continued to bother us. After not finishing our tasteless meals I used the ladies room, I was horrified!!! toilets had not been cleaned in who knows how long, the oder was repulsive, no paper towels, sinks discusting, garbage overflowing. My husbands experience was the same. I always take my tray to the garbage at this fastfood however this time I did not hoping maybe it would draw their attention to at least the seating area. We will not return. This place deserves no stars at all. The Manager should be fired.

Came through drive through ordering the $5 boxes... (Being my first time visiting this seemed like a good deal! ) and a side of the Mac and cheese. I wanted Cajun rice as two sides... The lady taking the order started, " we dont have any of that". I asked how long it would take to make, and she replied " wont be happening tonight we are very busy.". So I asked if the rice and beans were runny and her reply was "well, that is the way we make them". I processed to get to the window and paid & was asked to move forward as I watched the two cars ahead of me get parked add well. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided I would just walk in to save them a trip from having bring my order out.... HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! THE INSIDE WAS FILTHY! GARBAGES OVER FLOWING, FOOD AND TRASH ON ALMOST EVERY TABLE....

Our chicken wasnt cooked all the way. They must have pulled it early. Called and let them know. The manager acted like it was no big deal and there was no way it could be underdone. We offered to bring it back and were met with a nasty response not worth posting. Didnt offer to replace meal or anything. They went as far to say the owner lived in California and if we had a serious issue we could seek him out. We justed wanted a completely cooked meal. For the money we spent I dont think iy was to much to ask for. Not sure if we will return at thos point. Maybe well try the location in Caldwell and see if it is better service wise. Shame on you and your management for being so nasty in your customer service skills. What happened to give them the pickle?

Very disappointed with the service from Popeyes in Nampa. I understand closing early if needed but 10 minutes early is a little exaggerative when there is no one in line or even inside. I just wanted to get some food. I hurried to get there only to find that they closed early and when I pulled to the window every one just waved bye and immediately turned off the open sign as soon as they saw me even with 10 MINUTES till close. Everyone seemed like they were having a good time laughing it up in the kitchen. Youd figure theyd at least clean to leave earlier if theyre closing a lot sooner that their sign says. Wont be going back and Im telling everyone about the bad service.

Andrea ran the line like a champ. I had a huge order, and they were busy. She took charge, they were all so very polite. Thank you for your patience to the great staff there. Your hard work is appreciated. They did forget sauces. But its my own fault for not double checking. Good job guys To all those people out there that give negative reviews, you say that the service is slow? Try going home and cooking your meal. These guys go as fast as they can, your not at mcdonalds. They are people and deserve respect. Try treating them with it, they might be inclined to move faster under more appreciation.

I love popeyes food, but everytime Ive went to the nampa location theyve either messed up my order or not given me half my food. I go through the drive through then drive across nampa to my place of business, i cant turn around everytime just to get my food that Ive already paid for. Very disappointed. Im gonna continue on to this. Once again on 12/23/16 you failed to give me my food first you didnt give my daughter her macncheese then we got back to my job and none of our biscuits were there, im done with you guys Ill drive to Caldwell i guess. No coleslaw... seriously... biscuit was amazing but really I have to ask for butter... the guy who took my order looked as though he hadnt showered in a week... waited at least 5 minutes while our order sat on the back counter getting cold... finely I asked for it... it was ready... the green beans taste like a gutter smells... clean the bathroom for God sake. Ok every table has some sort of trash on it... finely got our food... was asked if one sauce was enough... common manners would dictate that you should ask how many would you like... overall dissatisfaction 2 thumbs down.

I love Popeyes and have been to multiple locations and had great experiences. Today, I went through the drive thru at the one in Nampa, Idaho and had an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with fries. I received only 2 pieces of chicken with barely any fries and the fries I did get were burnt to a crisp. I didnt get any napkins, my drink was so full of ice that I got 3 sips before it was gone and the person at the window didnt offer me any sauces. Very disappointed and will not be going to this location again.

Had chicken n popcorn shrimps..potatoes n green beans n biscuits.. Food was pretty good. Flavored well...wasnt sure of the bit ofdisorganization going on.. Was one at drivethru n three of us. And a couple getting their food in front of us..6 people working n one at counter... Took awhile for another man to come wait on us... New help? Forgot one potato with combo. Was fast to get food once ordered. Just not sure why we werent waited on til we finally made some noise!

After waiting to place my order at the drive through and finally making it to the window, the server opened the window and without saying a word walked away. Another server came to the window, and proceeded to tell me that they were out of mild chicken and my order for spicy chicken would have a extensive delay. She didnt know how long because the cook was yelling at anyone who asked and suggested I shouldnt wait. .I left. I will think twice before returning

Very poorly managed, terrible service long waits even when they are not busy and then they get the order wrong. Terrible experience and when I called and spoke with Kelly she tried to tell me how busy they were when they were not. She offered to me a comp 4 and that she would put me on the list of dissatisfied customers. How cool is that a long list of dissatisfied customers. The head office must be so proud.
