I went here for an early lunch on Friday 4/14/17. It was just after they opened. I dont remember the waitresses name but she was a white woman probably early 40s. She was very attentive and helpful as were the employees that dropped the food. The reason for my review is I went to this location with my pregnant wife and one year old son after they picked me up from the airport after a long flight. I was flabbergasted when I was being sat at a table in an empty restaurant. I told the hostess that we wanted to be sat at a booth (like most people do) and she said that she could not put a high chair at a booth because it was a fire hazard. I asked: "a fire hazard?" Not sure how my son sitting in high chair at the end of a booth would cause a fire. Anyways, theres like 10 feet of open room from the tables in the dining room. Mind you these tables could be moved easily to make it bigger gap. She said "well the waiters need to walk by with trays and It causes an issue" I told her that this had never happened to me at any restaurant ever before. She didnt have anymore explanation. I had good service from the waitress but its too bad that I will never return to this location ever again. I know the hostess didnt make this rule but she could care less of our concerns (younger white girl). Im a regional supervisor in a customer service related business so I can be a tough critic at times but Im also pretty laid back. The manager needs to rethink this practice.

We came to celebrate my Birthday. We both ordered salad, shrimp calfredo alfredo, and tiramisu. Before finishing the first plate of salad, the shrimp dishes already placed on the table. While we were eating the main dish, the Waiter placed one tiramisu (the edges were zip-zapped and some part was missed) on our table and said the other one was just took out of the freezer. We told him that we preferred to wait to have both tiramisu ready after finishing the main dishes. He took that one back and placed on the used-dishes tray. Based on the fact that they were in such a rush, we also told them that we could took the tiramisu home instead. We waited for another 10 minutes, the waiter took 2 small boxes out. One box was dropped on the floor, prior to reaching us. He picked the dropped box , ran back to kitchen, and place both boxes on our table. We took these boxes and left without checking what were in the boxes. Beyond any imagination: only one box was a up-side-down tiramisu, the one that was placed on the used-dishes tray prior (as its odd shape was easily to recognize even its up-side-down); and the other was a cake topped with chocolate chip! We have taken the photos on these desserts and saved the receipt showing that we ordered 2 tiramisu. What should we do the next?!

I AM A MEMBER OF THE E REWARDS AND HAD A COUPON FOR KIDS EAT FOR $1.00 ON MY E-MAIL. I AM NOT A COMPUTER SAVVY PERSON,SO DONT KNOW HOW TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THE SYSTEM. WE WENT THERE LAST NIGHT BECAUSE MY GRANDSON LOVES THE MAC N CHEESE. ANYWAY, I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY, MIGUEL, AND HE TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF US. ITS LIKE WE WERE ROYALTY. THE FOOD WAS EVEN BETTER! I CANT HAVE A LOT OF THINGS WITH SAUCE, OUR WAITER, CHRIS PUT OUR ORDER IN TO THE MOST DELICIOUS MEAL IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THANKS TO MIGUEL AND CHRIS, IT WAS A FANTASTIC EVENING. A BIG THANK YOU FOR THE OLIVE GARDEN IN ONTARIO MILLS! THESE TWO GENTLEMEN ARE KEEPERS!

Great experience all around They hit all of the bases-great service-great food fantastic ambience-had just a super evening and would look forward to another visit with friends. The pasta was fantastic and the small plates allowed us to sample many dishes and they were all on point. The location was not difficult getting to because freeway easy. With the re-purposing of down locations it was very cool and a great use of a building being reused from its original location. Place to go with 4 to 6 because it will allow you to sample many different items. Enjoy Irwin Z

I order to go when I got home it was the wrong order I call to complain they told me that well make it right the next day I try to go to make it right they gave me a big run around I had to get really upset in order for them to do something about it , In their commercial they said that at Olive garden they make you feel at home , I dont know what kind of home, when you call to make an order they dont greet you, I guess they just dont have a manager or supervisor or everyone here just dont care, I will never eat here even if it was FREE

Ordered my food to go last night for the first time, was very disappointed. Nothing is worse when you get home hungry and excited to eat your food only to be dissatisfied. Ordered fettuccine alfredo and chicken parm., none of the food had any flavor (even after adding cheese n pepper), the salad was just balls of lettuce and the bread sticks were hard and stale. Wont say I will never go to an Olive Garden again maybe not to this location but what I am sure of, I will never order to go again. 2 star for the friendly staff.

We were seated with only two place settings even though they clearly had three menus. They brought my child an adult glass, and when we asked for it to be fixed it was not done in a timely manner, the server brought food for all four of our neighboring tables. The server was polite but obviously stretched way too thin, I felt really bad for her. She was having trouble keeping track of orders and getting things from the kitchen and the bar. They will get a second chance but not likely a third.

I like this place makes you feel like you are at home. I bought gift card for 150 and received 30 dollars extra for every 50 gift card you receive 10 gift card extra. If you go there and want a table they will give you a pager on it will say half price wine to wait at bar cost me 3 dollars its smart deal. They have all you can eat salad and pasta. If you get a chance buy yourself gift card if you spend a lot on your wife girlfriend you will thank me later before they discontinue the offer.

I dont think I will ever be able to eat here again. I sat in the bar area and ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and a few bites in I bit into a finger nail. I was so grossed out I couldnt eat anymore. Never have I had something so gross happen to me at a restaurant, the cooks supposedly wear gloves but still somehow a nail ended up in my food. And it was not a fake nail or a press on it was someones real nail that had been ripped off. Sadly I think this killed Olive Garden for me.
