Hello to the world of soup and pasta,it was a sad day for me on august 13th of this year 2013.THis is the place for me and my family a place to share a place to cry and a place to enjoy thats why am so dis appointed. On the day stated I was enjoying soup with my family upon eating i hear and eat what seem to be like a Cherri tomato bursting open as I opened my mouth and pulled out what I felt it was reviled to be a MAGGOT! yes thats right a Maggot (worm) I was devastated and had vomited and unable to eat for four days after. I must say the manager was nice but I went to hospital due to vomiting and nausea spoke with Olive Garden insurance company whom I felt like they where more like lets blow her off and its done. No one has called me (only once )nor has tried to help me with this urgent care bill I have for there nastiness and unwillingness to monitor there food right And upon leaving a lady pulled a long piece of hair out of the same soup COME on people this is not right and it needs to be addressed i feel like am no one trying to get someone to help me .But if I can write this to alert someone else from going though what I did then here it is!!!!!!!!!!! and believe me they know whom I am they just dont seem to care in my view

Recently ate at this location around 3pm on a Wednesday. I mention the time and day because my wife and I had purposely come at an off-time hoping it wouldnt be super crowded. We had already tried to visit a couple times prior and each time it was so crowded we immediately left. Couldnt believe it, but this place was still packed with people at 3pm on a Wednesday. We decided to get lunch anyways. Our waiter was great, excellent service without constantly checking up on us. We were quite appreciative that they sat us in the back of the restaurant where it was more quiet and not many kids around. The reason for the 3/5 stars was the food. The sauce on my pasta was over powering to point where I stopped halfway thru the meal and boxed up the rest. The soup which Ive loved since a kid tasted thin and watery, not the rich potato and sausage soup I remember. Based on the food and how crowded this place always is I neither plan to go back nor recommend anyone else try it. Of course Im guessing at least some of the crowd are regulars and there must be something drawing them back, Im just not sure what.

Went to lunch with my daughter and mother-in-law on a Friday at noon. Walked in and there was approximately 7 employees at the host stand. I was carrying my daughter and my mother-in-law was carrying my daughters snacks and drink in her hands. Nobody opened the door. Then we are told to follow someone to our table and the lady takes us around the whole restaurant and stands at a computer. We are so confused at this time so we tell her she was supposed to take us to a table. She said "No I dont think so". No apology and she didnt even help us. We had to go back to the host stand to get ourselves a table. The server was very nice and the food was good but the table next to us waited and waited for their server to bring back drinks and the server never showed so they left. The server came back to the table a long time after that (with no drinks) and they were gone. Overall, would not return.

Olive Garden used to be my favorite restaurant, but like another reviewer stated, over the years their prices have escalated and the quality of their food - not as good as it used to be. This particular location - the staff was friendly and attentive but the food - was disappointing. The salad was a bowl of lettuce with exactly two olives, two slices of tomato, two peppers and some red onion and I think there may have been some dressing in there somewhere. I asked for an extra side of dressing to make it tolerable. The sausage and peppers rustica was okay but barely any sauce and pretty bland... a plate of plain penne pasta with some peppers and sausage ... thankfully I added the leftover sauce from my daughters ravioli to salvage the dish. I will give the one in Anaheim Hills a try before I dismiss this chain and find another Italian restaurant to frequent.

I used to really like Olive Garden, but over the years their prices have gone up and their food has gotten mediocre at best. See below about this location: At this location the service is painfully slow. I have been there several times and its always the same. Tons of workers standing around up front but no one checking the tables. Went there one Sunday and it was very busy. My wife ordered the endless soup and salad but ended up not receiving anything because the waitress never came back. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich... should have just gone to Subway. It was a toasted roll, a chicken tender cut in half, and a little bit of cheese and marinara... looked like a $3 sandwich at best... but I was being charged $10 for it. Tips for this location... always sit on the right side near the bar... they actually check on you over there.

Let me start by saying Thank you Olive Garden for providing free lunch for our Veterans today!! I work for a nursing home, Arlington Gardens Care Center, we have Veterans who arent able to go out and enjoy a meal with family and friends. Yesterday I called and I spoke to Katie, VERY NICE GIRL BY THE WAY!! I explain to her my Veterans situation and asked her if they could provide them with a free meal, at first she didnt know what to do or say but after she spoke to her supervisor Julie, she agreed in providing free meal for all of my Veterans. I just want to mention that I called several restaurants and only Olive Garden gladly provided food for them. Olive Garden I thank you so much for making my Veterans day much better then they ever expected.

Went while I was on leave visiting my parents a few weeks back. Place got extremely noisy due to the two big parties celebrating birthdays seated adjacent to us. The party farthest away was ok (in the beginning). It was the party closest to us that was very loud all throughout and being inconsiderate of the tables around theirs. We complained to the manager, but he wouldnt do anything about it stating that he couldnt do anything about it. I see now that this specific location has changed since a couple of years back in terms of customer service... Its too bad the Anaheim Hills location closed. This location could have take some notes from them on noise control... Food was good, just came out way too quick after appetizers.

If you want five star service I strongly and highly suggest you go to self sitting in the bar section and sit in HERIBERTOS section. If youre like me and the service is just as important as the food then I once again suggest you sit in this server section I will travel miles just to get good service scratch that great service.!! Youll want for nothing, you dont even have to ask for a refill you dont have to ask for really anything because its already being brought to you before you even think about it and thats why the service is five star only at this guys tables trust me. youre welcome!
