The service here was absolutely horrible here. My experience.. I walked in at 9:30pm i asked for a table for 4. The host told me ill seat you rite at this moment. I went and got everyone and when we walk in there is another host. A female. She asks for how many i said 4. She told me its an hour wait. I told her the fella in the front said we get seated now. She got upset and gave me attitude for what her co worker said. We sat and waited 15 min. They called our name and as i passed by her she said " next time you wont be so lucky and you will have to wait like everyone else". I dont mind waiting. I dont have a problem with doing so. The host told me he sit me so thats his fault not mines. They seat us in the corner where they are training a new girl. It took her 15 min to come and take our order for drinks. 10 min to bring our drinks out. After our drinks she walked away without taking our food order until we had to wave her down and tell her we want to order food. She takes the order and when the food arrives its not even what we asked for. By this point i am already upset . its now 10:48 so she leaves and by 1120 we get our food. We ate and we couldnt get her to come by so we can get the check. NEVER did she check up on our table. NEVER did she apologise. SO I WENT AND CALLED A MANAGER OVER. We asked for the check. Manager apologises for her. When we get the check we are being charged for stuff we didnt order. Luckily i caught this because we were going to pay for it. ONCE again we called someone over and they fixed it. THEY HAD HER COME AND APOLOGIZE. By that time its 12 something and we are all mad. We went for a quick bite and ended up being longer than anticipated.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !

Im actually a regular at this restaurant which isnt exactly good because it can get pretty expensive eating here on a daily basis, especially since my regular go-to entree costs nearly $30, but I cant help it. I am pretty big on steak and after trying the Jack Daniels New York Strip here, I just cant eat it anywhere else anymore. Any other steak I could eat in any other steakhouse tastes too bland for me now in comparison to TGIFs steak. The Jack Daniels glaze is to die for and it makes a tremendous difference! Its absolutely finger-licking good! I have to restrain myself from licking the plate when Im done! If you decide to have some steak, ribs or chicken breast at TGIF, DO NOT order the regular steak/ribs/chicken breast entrees. Go to the Jack Daniels Grill portion of the menu and pick one of those things off of that section for the sake of the Jack Daniels glaze they will add on to the meat. You will never be the same again!

My husband wanted to give TGIFridays another try, since over a year ago we had tried this location and hated it. Here I am writing a review based on my second visit that was awful. The server was really nice and efficient but the food quality, presentation, and taste were AWFUL! We ordered crab cakes as appetizers and were brought to us still partially frozen on the inside. The server took them and brought another plate that were better. For our entree we ordered a steak and shrimp platter that was so gross. I ordered a side of these wedges that were supposed to have some toppings, all we got were dry wedges with no toppings. We were then advised that they "ran out of the sauce/stuff they use for them. This was a Wednesday night. They have officially lost our business. This was a waste of time and money.

honestly, I love TGI fridays! and Ive been to this one several times and never had to complain about it because it was always good. but tonight, a Tuesday night where there werent a lot of people there, and no wait, we were seated right away and the server took our drinks. took forever to get that. Took forever to get my chips and salsa. When the food came. The chicken and shrimp pasta one of my all time favorite came out dry as hell and looked like it was sitting there for a long time. My boyfriend got a chicken fajita. AND IT DIDNT EVEN SIZZLE!!!!!!!! I said "Its not even sizzling!" the servers literally ignored my comments. Whatever! He said he will just take the "nasty" food and re-cook it his way, since hes a chief. Service was horrible, food was horrible, never again at this one.

I never been to TGI Friday, and this was my first and probably last time here. The atmosphere are similar to Apple Bees. Their serve traditional All American food here. Their happy hour is probably the only reason you should come here. Half off almost all appertizers, $1.50 fries and slider. The regular price of those appetizer are ridiculous. $11 for wings, which is higher price than wings specially shop. Food here is just not good and isnt fresh, the service here is excellent though despite mediocre food. The location of this TGI is strange, is basically middle of no where except near few business building. Only way to access here is driving.

Pretty slow around 230p on Sunday. Ordered endless apps, salad, and kids meal. Waiter seemed he didnt want to be there the whole time. Hardly checked on us, took 20min for each order of apps to come out, took about 45 min to be get napkins, salad and kids meal came out after our 2nd order of apps came out. It was just an overall half fast, slow, and bad experience. After my wife kind of complained to the waiter (oh forgot to mention who wasnt exactly dressed or wore his clothes for the occasion because the sagging of the pants helped show his attitude), he didnt appologize but asked if we wanted to talk to a manager.

This place needs to train their bartenders and cooks! My husband and I went here on a weekday at happy hour and they had ONE bartender working the whole bar! We ordered drinks and it took him 15 minutes to bring them. Served corona with no lime- had to repeatedly ask for everything. The food came out 45 minutes after we ordered, and all we had was a burger and sandwich! Get it together Fridays! Your specials are great and the food was good, but if you want me to return you need to improve your service.

Nice birthday lunch for me. I always order salad this time I had the Million dollar Cobb salad and it was delicious. I have Always loved sweet cucumbers but they are hard to find in California. Not at Fridays. Man my plate was loaded with veggies and my mouth was excited. So as I was sipping on a nice strawberry margarita out comes three servers darn near screami,g happy birthday to me. Man I darn near jumped out of my seat. It was too funny. But is so so sweet. These folks were great.

Worse TGI EVER... it was a while ago I ordered broccoli soup and found a cockroach in it. Super gross.... manager came over and took care of dinner for us... But the waiter after that didnt even come around to check if we ever needed water or anything. I decided I would never go there again until it was a friend of mines birthday and I went and the service was just horrible. I feel like these people just keep getting worse and worse.
