The restaurant is large and seats quite a few people. You walk up to the counter to order and then receive a number that you can place on your table. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and was delicious. (The burnt ends were my favorite.) Smoky Ds isnt anything fancy, but they serve up a tasty barbecue in a hurry!

Worst experience. We ordered food to get catered and they were an hour late with no communication. Spoke with the manager, Jenny, and she was pure attitude. We will not be getting food catered from this location in the future. Im pretty sure they forgot about our order. Good thing I called. Thanks for nothing.

I ever eaten panda since I come to America years 2000 and til yesterday, now I decided not to eat panda any more because of their greedy service of portion ,I am Asian small guy dont eat that much ,how you can eat five piece of orange chicken and three little spoon of compound chicken portion .
