Food is okay, prices are good. You get a lot of food for the price. Most of the employees are friendly, but there is a lady who has given us plenty of attitude on many separate occasions. Today was the last straw, she seemed annoyed that we were ordering drinks and not food. She was extremely rude, making remarks to her coworker under her breath. I ordered a matcha green tea boba smoothie, she made an annoyed face, corrected me, said "its called green tea, not matcha" and had a laugh with her coworker. I pointed to their menu poster that read "matcha green tea smoothie" she noticed I was upset and she changed her tone a bit. She is always rude, and she will mutter things to the other employees in a different language. Im usually very passive but this time I could not get over how disrespectful and rude she was. Unacceptable customer service. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. I wouldnt recommend this place, the food is not good enough to tolerate rude service.

Warning. I was slightly irritated by the drive to get to this place.. so that may influence my negativity a tad. ew. I got there and saw the unmarked selections. Everything in me said "abort mission", but I had used up most of my lunch break finding this place. The food looked as though it had been sitting out for hours. I ordered a two item combo with teriyaki chicken (decent.. cold and bit salty) and the tangerine pork or chicken..( I cant even distinguish what meat it was.) The breading was soggy and the meet was tough. I got crab ragoon (2.25 for 4 pieces). I tasted it in the car. The cheese inside was was a cold mass and the outside was cold and soft... The food overall was super salty.. just bad.. I think I paid like a little over 8.75 for food that I ended up tossing.

This is my first time at this place. The people helping me with my order/food was great and friendly. This is one of the best Chinese-Fast-Food I have eaten. The price is great!! You can get a 2-item combo for under $6 and they pack on the food!! You can get two meals out of if!! The meals also come with $0.99 drinks thai tea or milk tea with boba!! The food is great. The teriyaki chicken is awesome and the beef broccoli. Also, the won-ton noodle soup is greatas well. I will try everything on the menu from now on. Highly recommended to everyone!!

This was by far one of the best Chinese restaurant weve experienced. With a family member in serious condition at a local hospital they delivered our meal and provided all the needed accessories to enjoy wonderful tasting homemade Chinese food. The Experience included large portions that were meant to feed too but could have fed 6. Prices are very reasonable. All of that for only $27. A big thank you to all the staff at the Ontario California location.

L A Express Chinese Food is great Chinese food, very reasonably priced and with their fast service and option for home delivery, this is the BEST place to get Chinese food! They are a local small business, family owned and operated and offer both fantastic food and customer service.

Been here before with no problem they give large food portions. Tried it again recently and me and the person I went with both got food poisoning after eating here which is a horrible painful experience.
