What can I say, we have an authentic mexican resturant and tequila bar right here in Montclair! So the food is good of course and the tequila are top shelf. This is a place you can take your kids and still feel comfortable enough to order a pitcher of margaritas of which they have no limit of flavors. They lose one star because sometimes they get your order wrong and they get so busy you end up waiting for the bill, they of course offer to make it better but it would be better if they got it right and there was no wait. If you go during a local game times or durning peak hours you might wanna plan ahead as it fills up and gets busy. Oh my suggestion is try the whole fried fish with both dipping sauces mmmmmm.

The one place you will want to go when you dont know where else to go for food. Jalapeño margaritas are awesome, shrimp cocktail is my husbands favorite, my mom likes the breaded fish fillets, my kids enjoy their burritos, and I am an appetizer person so I normally go for the "sopitos" with shredded beef, even though I will order the green sauce pork plate every now and then when Im really hungry. Yep, you can tell we eat here pretty often.

Great local resturant. I am from San Diego and this is a very authentic Baja style Mexican restaurant. I had a hard time finding a place that just kept it fresh and legit without being over priced. Unpretentious atmosphere and very nice staff. They usually have a game on the T.V. and the tequila bar is well stocked. Need I say more?

You can tell how good a Mexican restaurant is by their salsa. Bad salsa means terrible food. Great salsa means great food. This place has great salsa. Great happy hour, good prices, and a ton of different types of Tequila. Its quickly become one of my favorite East Bay restaurants.

Best Mexican in Montclair. We love this place and go often. Great margaritas (very strong), wicked good enchiladas (especially the verde sauce, although roja and mole are also great) and excellent guacamole. A bit pricier than the tacqueria down the street, but worth it.

Giant burritos here. Tasty but could use a little sauce (I ordered sides of sour cream and guacamole). The margaritas are unique. Super friendly service. Was really busy at 6:30 on a weeknight... guess that says it all.

Good Mexican food in the hills. The beef enchilada with rice and beans was great. The food was a bit heavy so go with a "media" (half order). The drinks for happy hour were great and at a good price.

For starters they have great salsa, which should be a requirement for any quality Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, really good fajitas and great house margaritas. Kid friendly too.

OK if you want mexican in a bar type setting in montclair (the only option in that category, really). Go for one of the plates as opposed to a burrito/taco if you find yourself here.

Food was delicious, ordered a shredded Beef Burrito. Just wish I got more water, the salsa they have was spicy and but one of the best salsa Ive had. Definitely worth.
