Went there and customer service was horrible. Treated us as if we were indifferent with one of the head staff standing over our table as if he were supervising our dishes to make sure we werent sharing. We chose the buffet option and were not informed of how the process worked. When I took a bowl of noodle for my boy to choose toppings, the chef abrasively scolded me saying something that I was not to get those noodles. Like I said no one informed me nor did offer to show us the ropes. In addition, the waitress assumed that we were sharing food and callously stated out loud that I should not be sharing food with my 8 year old who eats like a bird. I had responded to her that we paid for 3 individual buffets and not to worry about us sharing. To top off this worse experience ever...the food wasnt even to out liking. The fried potstickers were stale and hard. And never again will I patronize this place. (Maybe we werent to their liking.)

If you havent eaten at the Princess Garden yet, you are missing out and clueless. This is BY FAR the BEST restaurant in the north bay!! It is a little deceiving, because it doesnt look like much nestled into the strip mall scene. Hands down the best Chinese food and menu, most likely anywhere I have ever been (and Im an old US citizen, lol). The Mongollion stir fry option is equally out of this world, so its a tough choice, or do both. Fantastic service and atmosphere, Ive been there weekly since I discovered it a year ago, stop over to my table and tell me I was right, because I am.....

I have been coming to this restaurant since 1987 when I first took my daughter on our annual weekend trip to Marineworld. The service is 5 star rating. The food is excellent. Everytime you make your dish, it is different every time. You will never have the same dish twice. It is now 2008, and I will surprising my daughter, who is now a mother to Princess Gardens for her Mother Days gift. She is so going to love it. We will be driving an hour to this place but it would be so worth it.

It was the worst experience ever the staff was really nice other than that was horrible the food was tasteless everything was Missy nothing was clean there was the guy on the grill he didnt wear any gloves his fingers were all over the place the meat was under cooked and chewy they even were writing the receipts on the buffet bar I will never come back to this place and add to all that its over priced

Our to go place for anything that has to do with large numbers of peeps that have to be fed. Glad we picked this place and they are so accommodating with our family that they did a buffet style lunch for my grandmothers funeral reception. Been going here for years, everything is the same even after the fire. Well they dont have the fountain in the front anymore, but everything else is good.

Great fresh food, friendly service, nice and calm environment. Theres the option for regular dining off a menu (right side of restaurant) or the buffet (left side of restaurant) where you choose the ingredients and spices and it is cooked for you. They remember their regulars, growing up my family and I have come here for years and to this day it is still our favorite restaurant to go.

First time experiencing Mongolian restaurants I was living in Michigan I went to a place called the Mongolian Grill. It was the best food Ive ever eaten I highly recommend it. The first time I had it here was probably 2 months ago I was very pleased the restaurant was clean the employees were efficient and clean even the takeout was inefficient way to go princess Garden

A family favorite. The all you can eat Mongolian BBQ is a great value at lunch. Includes soup, appetizers, and some other dishes on top of the make your own bowls. You can choose to add noodles and use any of the available sauces. The regular menu is good. My favourite is the honey walnut prawns and the sizzling beef dish.

Went there this past Sunday night right before closing to pick up a to go order and the staff were so nice and worked together well as a team. They were super sweet and helpful. The calzones we bought were so tasty! I think people forget about them, but in this cold weather they were such good comfort food

This is the ONLY Chinese food restaurant in the area that my family and I go to. It is THE BEST. Food and customer service is excellent. We go here so much they know what soup I like before I ask them. GO HERE FIRST. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
