I show up for a my mother inlaws birthday gathering in which she had arranged with them the day before to use spare/bar room. She let them know that there would be 19 people showing up. When we show up about 10 of our party order our drinks, and tell us they will be back to get our pizza order. Drinks show up, but they leave saying they will be back. Then 20 minutes later my bother inlaw shows up with his large family. he goes straight to the front desk and orders his pizza. I go up to the front counter to see if we can order, and am again told someone will be back to order. The pizzas that my bother inlaw ordered show up, at this point we have been there 40 minutes without getting our order in. At this point I have had it, I go to the front and ask to see the manager. I start to tell the guy who says he is in charge that we have been waiting 40 minutes, and the another guy from behind the counter ( who took our drink order to start with) pipes up telling me that they only have 3 people up front and that they are behind. I bring up the fact that Ive seen at least a dozen take out order leave since we have been waiting. He gets somewhat angry and tells me that they must have ordered before me. REALLY, my bother in law gets there later then me, and is eating pizza, and there are somehow people in front of me. They eventually send in a young gal to get our order. She seemed a little frightened , but was the only one who seemed to care what was going on. We did get our pizzas, which were nothing special, an hour after getting there. They did comp us our drinks for waiting so long, but to late, we are never going back.

If I could rate this less than one, I would. Waited for ten minutes to be seated, the waiter came over and informed our party that it would be 25 minutes before they could take our order. The waiter then preceded to ask us to leave without explicitly stating it. He said the restaraunt was "incredibly busy" when there were only 5 tables full and at least two already had their food. Since we were hungry and like Pizza Hut, we decided to try to wait. We waited for an additional 15 minutes without receiving water or any service. Our party decided to leave the Pizza Hut in Albany and travel to Lebanon to eat there. Its sad to see employees that lack pride in their employment when there are plenty of people that would be thankful for a job this time of year.

I ordered at 8:07, 8 piece wings, Sandwhich, and a pep pizza. At 9:22, Mike from Pizza Hut calls to tell me that they are out of bread for the sandwhiches. AN hour and 15 minutes after I order, 15 minutes after I was supposed to receive my order, I am being told that Pizza Hut is out of bread. So I tell Mike, who didnt offer any alternative or apologize for calling an hour and 15 minutes after my order, to just cancel my order and I would get something from Pizza Hut later. Mike hung up on me, mid sentence of saying cancel my order, that is rude. And the fact that it takes Pizza Hut 1 hour to deliver any where in Albany when everybody else does it in 30 to 40 minutes, is just ridiculous. You may want to look at that store.

I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I just keep getting disappointed with their pizzas. I enjoy their wings but hand tossed has the flattest crust and hardly any cheese or toppings. I get jipped out of my money so from now on I am going with Papa Murphys because they have been spot on each time but unfortunately they dont deliver and I dont want to deal with Albany traffic at times but looks like I have no choice. The pizza hut in Lebanon is fantastic by the way. My work place orders from them every now and then and I just love the craftsmanship they put into each pizza pie. :)

I ordered online, I took advantage of the 50 cent wing wednesday. I always get traditional wings because I have celiac. I double checked my order online just to make sure. I got an email about my order and disregarded it cause it was just telling me what I ordered. I should have checked it because they brought me the boneless wings that are breaded and Im not able to eat them without being super sick. I double checked my order and it said I ordered the boneless. Im extremely frustrated! Not only with them but with myself for not checking my email! ugh!!!

Ordered food at 5 pm from mobile device, it is now 8 pm and I still have no food. I have called them 2 now. 1st time they said it was running late and it just left. Gave us 10 dollar credit. Then after another hr I called again they said I didnt type address right and that they drove over 3 times. I checked my order....it did have the right address and I got no phone calls... this was supposed to be my daughters birthday dinner and guess what we had to make mac n cheese at final second because its almost her bedtimw

Only thing I liked was the good customer service I received because my to go order was wrong & they made me a new pizza!!! BUT...the new pizza was NOT cooked all the way; was doughy & GROSS!!!!!!!!!! Was not able to take it back. Too much of a hassle to go back!!! The restaurant was deserted, not a soul in there at the dinner hour & I think I know the reason why!!! I wont be going back. Should have gone somewhere to get a "real" pizza in the first place!!! :-)

Ordered on line when i went to pick up my pizza 10 minutes after i was told it be ready my order was still not ready she said anther 5 minutes after 10 minutes had gone by she said they messed up my order and had to re make it. As i was waiting for my order to be re made she was bad mouthing a group of people who had left due to it being WAY to hot in the dinning room. She handed me my order as she huffed

There stuffed crust pizza is absolutely disgusting! They charge you like 2 bucks more for there "stuffed" crust other then the deep dish crust your pretty much paying for paper! The crust is so paper thin, you can see through it. It taste like greasy cardboard i would definitely NOT recomend this place for stuffed crust pizza. Your store bought stuffed crust is better. Even walmart brand!

Horrible service then offering credits for horrible service and wrong orders but not actually proving the credits. And somehow every night has a wait time of an hour and a half for delivery but the delivery car is parked in front of the location every time i pick up my pizza. Probably the worst place i have dealt with, yes worse than comcast. You will no longer receive my service.

I dont think I have ever been disappointed with their food. These other reviewers probably dont realize that this isnt Abbys, you get what you pay for. Personally I think the prices they charge are pretty fair. Their crust is killer, their delivery time is almost always on point for me. They have a pretty respectable staff too. Ill continue to order from here.
