Stopped on the way to Lincoln City last month, supposed to be a fun day with my son and my grandkids. Instead, I got the worst customer service ever. The whole episode was uncalled for, unprofessional and it overshadowed my whole day. A smart ass kid who after making me wait and wait at the counter to get my drink, (already had my food) and after all three men back behind the counter ignoring me... no "be right with you" I asked the three men milling about "Please can I get my drink?"I was told I was being rude and the kid named Coulton yelled at me, "There are others ahead of you!!!" I said "I just want my drink I paid for." He then told me I was being rude (to ask for my drink? Seriously?) and he would bring my drink when he was ready. Minutes later, he brought my drink and slammed it on the table!! All of this he did with total abandon, as if he had a right to act so rudely in front of my family and other customers!!! Rude doesnt cover his attitude and treatment of a paying customer. It was like, "got your money, now go away attitude." I even asked a woman who had come in, that was behind the counter for a brief time..."Hey, are you the owner?, she said they were out of town..."I had the worst experience with that kid"...pointing him out. She looked at him, not offering me any apology and walked off. On top of all that, the food was VERY disappointing. I wanted a good corn dog. Not happening here. Got scorched, doughy inside, burnt and very salty corn dog. Not a sweet corn dog at all. Yuk...add that to the bad customer service I got, I will never stop again!!! Owners need to get the kid Coulton or whatever his name is under control or they will loose business. And seriously, take off that backwards ball cap!! Makes these kids smart asses. I figure one day he will smart off to the wrong person, and karma will come and hit him in the face. Literally.

This little piece of history has the best pizza not just on the coast but ANYWHERE! I have over 15 years in the pizza biz and have tried thousands of different chains and indys and this is it! Crust is perfectly risen...crispy and chewy..and the garlic butter on the edges really makes it. We had a small Kahuna...Canadian bacon and pineapple...the toppings were generous and fresh...the cheese was outstanding and would stretch across the table if you wanted...also as fresh a cheese as I have had. The sauce was bold but not overpowering. A perfect balance! The gals and guys working the place were friendly and added to the feel of a great roadside pizza shop. If you are ever within 100 miles of Lincoln City you must stop here! Dont forget they also have Pronto pups! Thanks for the best meal we have had on our honeymoon!...Bill and Lil

We LOVE PRONTO PUP! This "Otis" is NOT pronto pup. Pronto Pup was a staple with both community and travellers. I left heartbroken after tonights experience. I can $#!t on this place left and right. So called elk burger, frozen Patty over cooked. Come on guys, ya live in elk Country! Original Dog is far undercut from original both dog and batter (Id say delivered frozen with makeshift product.) Cheesey garlic fries, only dry powder seasoned... No cheese or fresh/minced garlic. Pizza may just be there one and only thing in there favor, however Ill never return to find that answer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, Otis Pizzeria, remove "Pronto Pup" ANYTHING, from your establishment. Be your own identity!

I see this place going far once they get all situated in the new area . We got a pizza our first time here ; we ended up with a goof at the end , but the manager was more then happy to make things right so he replaced our order . I felt that type of customer service was fantastic . It really did make a difference to us . We did know they just opened recently ; but we called to just to give em a review about our first purchase and for them doing what they did we absolutely appreciate it and we definitely plan on going in again . Pizza was delicious by the way ! Very unique menu . Prices are fair as well . (especially for the extra time to drive into town) I would DEFINITELY recommend .

Ive been stopping here on and off for many years in my travels to and from the coast. I recently went and ordered 2 of the veggie pronto pups. Being vegetarian its great to have this place!! I took my order back to Neskowin where Im staying. I bit into one of them and much to my surprise, it wasnt a vegetarian hot dog they used. I called to let them know....before I could say anything, the girl I spoke to said how sorry they were and that they would deliver me the veggie pronto pups!! About 30 minutes later, sure enough they did!!! I was so grateful and honestly surprised. Thank you!!! I will continue to stop in on my beach trips!!!

While we were trying to move a little over a month ago, the house was destroyed and everything to cook with was packed. I had seen that Otis pizzeria had only been open a week or two, I went in and ordered a pizza and something to drink while I was waiting for my pizza (which by the way was AMAZING). I was talking with the owner Gary and the pizza cook Dan. They were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I recommend everyone tried the menus items ASAP. Dont just go there for the food, go there for the whole customer experience! Great staff and the owner is amazing too!! Go get some delicious food!!!!

Its right across from Otis Cafe so we decided on a whim to try something different and we are glad that we did. They make good pizza. We checked it out on our way back to Portland from the coast. We sat outside and ate in their outdoors area on a nice, sunny day, which was good since we had our dogs with us and didnt want to leave them in the car. They have a dog run for customers , too, which can be a godsend for those who still have a few more hours of driving ahead of them like we did. Definitely worth checking out.

Seriously, amazing pizza! Very friendly staff! Been going here for years for the Pronto Pups and saw that they now have pizza. Best pizza Ive had in Lincoln city! We are from out of town and were trying to think of the next time we can come and get some Otis Pizza! The crust is not too thick, not too thin and is buttery and delicious and slightly garlicky? Im not sure what they do but its the most amazing pepperoni pizza Ive had in a good ten years...and we eat pizza weekly!

Good down home service a great place to just hang out for a dog or in my opinion one of the best pizzas in the area. As any new start they have their bumps to over come, speaking as a chef of more than 25 years for the time they have made the changes till now I place them well above other places I have Sean in my travels as a chef well done. As the time passes I will keep my opinion posted of any changes or upgrades. Stop in for a pie you will be back.
