I dont know if its company wide or just this location, but its just bad business to have a great $4 or $5 meal deal, and then take it away with no freaking warning, and not have a replacement deal anytime soon. This is the 3rd time I have come here only to find some stupid paper saying that the deal is no longer available. Wtf kind of business is this?! I have NEVER seen something so unprofessional. Sure, places like Jack in the Box will replace their deals from lets say chicken strips to a burger, but at least they replace it... This company? They just give you a piece of paper and take a month or longer before any new deal is started. Meanwhile you get to see a lovely printed paper taped on the menu telling you the old deal is gone because "people loved it too much".

I came in with my wife. We were greeted with a smile, and courteous service. The cashier, Thalia began to converse with us and found out we had just came back from our honeymoon. She congratulated us and so did the rest of the staff. We didnt know what to order so Thalia recommended the "rip n combo," and we were glad she did. Its a great deal. Our food came out in a very efficient time and surprisingly, there were 2 delicious apple pies. They blessed us with them to congratulate us. Thank you #Popeyes staff, it truly made our day. Its the little things go a long way. Plus the food was delicious. Great staff, great service, and great food. Thank you.

Waited 30 minutes in the lobby for my food. There was only 1 family inside. They said about 15 minutes in that the chicken just got dropped so it would be a little while longer. I saw the chicken get put out but the staff was busy talking amongst themselves and didnt pack up the food. Finally someone came and packed up my order but then he walked away and a little while after that another employee did the final step of putting it in a bag to hand it off to me. The staff was courteous but the wait was annoying. Especially when it seemed they were busy having chit chats with each other while I waiting for the food that was ready to get packed up.

This Popeyes never fails to EXCEED my expectations. They were EXTREMELY busy and Kassie who took my order made sure to acknowledged me while me and my family, every single person was hustling to take care of the public without letting their busy schedule interfere with the GREAT SERVICE! !! in a scale of 1 to be 10 they definitely get a 12 ++++ THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM ##GreatFriendlyService ##AwesomeAttitude

i actually like the chicken a lot here, and servers are nice, but Im deducting 2 stars, because of serving times, they cant seem to get it right, several times i waited over 20 minutes. twice they misplaced my paper order ticket, when i went up, they didnt have it, because they were busy, one of the servers grabbed two of them, so mine was not up. wait times are hit and miss, but food is good.

This place is horrible. The service times are consistently slow even with very small orders. Tonight, my car battery died in the drive-thru because I was waiting SO LONG for them to get the ONE car in front of me out of the fine. They had no sympathy for me...in fact, instead of being apologetic, they just laughed. The employees are ghetto as hell and extremely unprofessional. Ill NEVER go back.

Usually this location is ok. However it takes a bad experience to ruin your meal. I didnt check my order because its always right. This time it wasnt, and didnt discover that until after arriving back home. Tried to call the store but no one answered the phone.

Other than the food being good, the service is horrible. The cashier in the drive thru was extremely rude when I was ordering food she kept telling me that they were out of what it seems like basicly everything. They really need to fix theyre attitudes.
